Unfortunately…read morethe old Sanels was TOP NOTCH due to the sales people having dealt with the old product lines for years and knowing the software systems they use inside and out. Now that it is NAPA we have new product lines, the prices have gone through the roof, completely different software, and changes in how management over sees the stores. I have been doing business for years with Sanels, won't be doing business with the new Sanels NAPA.
