I got rudeness, disrespect, and nastiness in return. I told my wife about it and 6 months ago she had a similar experience with the same woman when buying wiper blades for our Jeep. Yesterday when I bought the battery the older man who helped me was extremely professional, helpful, and overall made the experience of buying the battery great. Here is one area Advanced Auto could improve: voltage test your batteries before you sell them to the customer. A brand new battery should not have 12.1 volts at cold startup in the morning. I tested my vehicles for a parasitic draw before replacing the battery to begin with; and found no such issue. Misery loves company and I won't be joining this old woman in her poor attitude today.
