Had the tires replaced on both vehicles the past month, they open at 8am but checked me in about…read more7:50am so great customer service there. I would say it depends on who installs your tires, my wife's Jeep 5 stars whoever installed those'd cleaned the tires when installed 5 stars, my f350 I had glue all over my rims and tires so 3 stars did their job to minimum standard. They had in stock what I needed at a reasonable price and I get the 10% veterans discount, would be 5 stars overall if they had wiped off the glue from mounting tires on the f350.

Your front counter staff seem like they could care less about customers and about any work being done. A simple tire job turned into an all day affair because your shop is inept, and your excuse is "Oh well thats just tires." Brother it does not take 5 hours to change 4 tires. Your staff doesn't use their eyes either apparently, you couldn't find our wheel locks? Sitting in the car, on the back seat floor, in plain sight. Did you look with your eyes or just couldn't find them in the location you think so you gave up. Absolutely the worst auto experience I've had in this state, honestly in the tri-state area there's probably no worse place to take your vehicle. So how about value. Well, if we hadn't found our own wheel locks and brought them in, from inside my wife's car which they were supposed to be working on, they wanted to charge an additional $200. For tires. Because again, they're incapable of using their eyes. I wouldn't take my car here ever again, if you were the last shop in the state. I would sooner drive to Maryland honestly even Virginia because it would be faster than waiting on your horrendous shop. Value, none. Time, not worth my time for sure. Normally I would say do better but I'm just going to suggest closing and never reopening.
