We were told on the phone that it would be a couple hours before they could get to us, but we really had no choice. When we got there, we went into their waiting lounge and they were able to take the vehicle sooner than promised. Unfortunately, they were unable to salvage the tire, but they put my spare tire on without charge. I feel that they went above and beyond and I would definitely recommend this business.

First the guy asked me for my wheel size I told him, he said they didn't have any in stock I told him I have my own tires they're just installing them. Then he tried to tell me he couldn't install my tires because they weren't factory size and the system was so automated it wouldn't let him put the tire size in. Some lady showed him how to enter it. Then he ask if im waiting or dropping it off. I don't see any revalance unless that dictates some type of priority. About 11:50 I rode past the pep boys and my truck was where I parked it still. So I went inside to see what was going on and they tried to tell me that my rims (20x9) wouldn't fit my tires 285x55xR20. And that they meant to call me and let me know about the issue but they've been to busy. Too busy to update me on my truck? 1. unprofessional 2. It didn't work- I went back last night and was told I was given a $100 bulb instead of the $23. I went back again today and the whole story changed on their end. No money back, no apology on the kid's end who potentially fixed a light that had not gone out, nothing. I'm not entirely sure what went wrong in this situation, but I can say for sure that this business is entirely mismanaged, not on the same page, and does not take responsibility for their actions. I would avoid this place at all costs- you'll end up with more questions and trouble than you came in with.

I'm not sure their batteries are any better than any others, but their warranty is greatly superior. I have 6 vehicles and one is a diesel with two batteries. What is superior is that they keep the record of purchase by vehicle and look it up (nationwide) by referencing the account phone number. So much better than trying to find a two year I'll faded receipt. Plus, there is a military discount. Highly recommended! I think I've had four batteries replaced under warranty. They tested them and replaced them each time. Only one was so old that I had to pay some of the new battery.
