It is not my fault you made poor decisions in life and now you are stuck working here at your age. All I asked for was to have a defective battery replaced that I literally just bought yesterday. I got rudeness, disrespect, and nastiness in return. I told my wife about it and 6 months ago she had a similar experience with the same woman when buying wiper blades for our Jeep. Yesterday when I bought the battery the older man who helped me was extremely professional, helpful, and overall made the experience of buying the battery great. Here is one area Advanced Auto could improve: voltage test your batteries before you sell them to the customer. A brand new battery should not have 12.1 volts at cold startup in the morning. I tested my vehicles for a parasitic draw before replacing the battery to begin with; and found no such issue. Misery loves company and I won't be joining this old woman in her poor attitude today. I had a recall notice for my 2015 Altima on the hood latch. The entire experience was absolutely…read morewonderful. The woman who made the appointment was efficient and helpful. The service advisor who greeted me and did the intake, named Isaiah, was terrific. They replaced my wiper blades and replaced the spring on the latch under the recall notice (complimentary under warranty) within a short period, about an hour. I needed to make some phone calls, so walked around the lot and an adjacent car dealer lot. But there is a waiting area inside the dealership. Perhaps because of the tight supply and low inventory of new & used cars, there is lots of space to walk in the lot. Was a fairly warm, sunny winter day so quite pleasant. There aren't too many businesses close-by so walking in the immediate area is best option. The highway nearby (Route 13) lacks a sidewalk so I wouldn't recommend that for walking. This is the closest Nissan to my home in Sussex County, and I am very impressed by its service department.
