After he finished the work, he drove it to make sure everything was fine. While I was paying the bill, he confessed that he didn't have much experience working on diesels. We left, the dealership closed for the evening, and within 20 miles, the Transit couldn't maintain speed or power. To keep this short: we ended up going to an RV and auto repair shop, and they discovered that the Landers mechanic had cracked the valve cover while trying to remove the injector. We (literally) had to camp out at the RV repair shop for 3 days while they went through diagnosis, obtaining parts, and making the repairs. When we reported this to Landers, they refunded 45% of their $1,607 bill. After receiving their check, we asked them to pay a portion of the second bill of $3,614, and they failed to provide the courtesy of a response. Thanks to Landers, we are out $4,498. Obviously, this is not a business I recommend.

They should have called me.... 03-29-25 At this location I also requested my suspension to be lubed up and they never did. We've had several instances of waiting several hours for a simple oil change with only a car or two in front of us. This location has also had very bad customer service and communication. I have given them chance after chance, but they always fail at delivering. I don't ever complain about a location, but this one is pretty awful.
