Last minute unexpected engine oil problems right before our long road trip back home tomorrow. Luckily, they're open until 9pm so we decided to risk it all & being the truck over to purchase oil. Jedidiah, the young man at the counter, was SO helpful! Neither of us are car people & dealing with a problematic 2001 Toyota Tacoma is difficult. He saw us struggling outside to top off the fluid & came out to help! He broke down everything and then need to know in simple terms & made sure we were okay before he sent us off. Great attitudes, fast service, knowledgeable, & truly went above & beyond for us! We appreciate it so much now we can hit the road safely. Had to return an item today . The staff was very professional and completed the transaction with no problems. There were two individuals that helped. Jacob was the one name I remembered. Matt at the AutoZone on Esther Cut Off NW is the type person AutoZone should strive to have at all their locations nationwide. If Matt's focus on customer service is what can be expected across all AutoZones, I will use them whenever I can. My son had traveled to Ft Walton for a event and upon arrival, his check engine light came on. I called AutoZone and Matt quickly set my mind at ease without hesitation.... "Sir, I will take care of your son, don't you worry" which you can imagine was an amazing relief being 100's of miles away. He went above and beyond, giving details as to what was wrong and valuable tips to fix it... seriously, he took my son to mechanic's school in short time. Matt, thank you very much! I go to this auto zone several times s month. They are great, the employees are extremely helpful and are willing to spend extra time helping you. One particular employee named Ray is a good example. When he finds out what you need he will look all over the store to locate a part that could be used. I have seen him spend extra time removing and installing new wiper blades on cars. He has a lot of knowledge of vehicles and can offer you choices of what you could use. There are other employees working there that are Also extremely helpful. Vehicles can be quite stressful and this particular auto Zone has helped me get the right parts for several different vehicles that I have. I Highly recommend this store. read more

The AutoZone store manager off Mary Ester is my hero. I was in the heat for more than two hours today with a seriously dead...didn't want to take any charge...dead battery. I won't go anywhere else for car parts, accessories, advice, etc. The people that work here are so helpful and the fact that every time I have been here the parking lot is usually full, is a great sign!
