I ordered some back seats and was not told about the condition, no photos provided, I was just asked for my card information and that's it. Several days go by and I don't hear anything back from them so I call and call but no one ever wants to answer the phone. If someone does answer they immediately transfer me and I never make contact. A few more days pass and I decide to just drive there so I can at least get ahold of somebody to ask where the seats are. No tracking information or follow up was provided after I bought the seats. They surprisingly say the seats were there at the retail location and to go around the side of the building to pick it all up. So I do and there's a guy over there who gets on a forklift and brings the seats to me. They pieces are disgusting, covered in green mold, bird poop or something, cigarette burns, punctures, boot marks from being walked on, and the synth leather is discolored and brittle from sitting in the sun. The person who sold me the seat is inside the building and has made it abundantly clear they want nothing to do with me and I need to drive home because I live about an hour away from Gainesville. So I continue to accept the horrible service and load the seats into my car to take them home, maybe if I come back tomorrow they'll have a better attitude? They didn't. One guy whose name I'll keep secret gives me attitude when I go to return the seats the next day. He asks why I wanted to return them and I say because they're not in the condition I was expecting. He says didn't you see them yesterday? Yes of course I did. But am I about to make that the fork lift guys problem? No way -- He's not the one who sold me crusty seats without telling me how horrible they are. I'm not involving him in the misery created by the sales desk, especially after he spent time and effort grabbing the trash for me. I mean seats... The bottom line is to avoid this place. Full-service yards in general are best avoided, but having a newer car leaves you with few alternatives. Pics of the seat attached! I don't often go to Auto parts stores. I'm not familiar in a garage, and I'm not a shade tree…read moremechanic. I did, however, go there one evening to pick up parts for someone else. I only knew the part I needed, nothing more. The moment I walked in, a young man greeted me with a pleasant "Good evening, can I help you find something?" I told him what I wanted, and he went to the computer to look it up. Showing me the options, he offered everything from $10-100+. I appreciated that, I would expect him to try to sell me a higher priced item. He went to the shelf and found one of the items, but couldn't find the other one. Not giving up, the young man called out to a co-worker, who came from a back room. This gentleman also looked for my item, and I was impressed with the respectful, professional tones of both men. They found the item I needed, and asked if I needed anything further. I said no, and the first young man promptly went to the register to check me out. Surprisingly, he did not try to "upsale" me, offering me some lubricant or additive for my items. I know that is business, but I appreciated that he didnt' push me. Overall, I was impressed with this young man, in particular. He was professional, respectful, and very polite and articulate. I wish I could remember his name, I would love to let his manager know what a gem he has! Based on this experience, the next time I need auto parts (or to pick some up for someone else), I will be going back to this Autozone location.

And now, they got a lot of condensation in the camera area on my Tesla model Y. They say that it's normal but it's definitely not normal. They should not have even gone and pushed an instrument into the area. (Saw them do it) And when I said something about it, the owner went ballistic on me. Telling me that my car was cheap and that he tints cars that cost over $200,000. I don't think that was necessary and if this condensation don't dry up within a few days I'm definitely going to take legal action. And I mean that.
