Was unsure of a sized part but was told I could return if it doesn't fit. Tried it on in parking lot and it didn't. Cashier goes to ring up my credit and says "Corporate refused the refund because they did not capture my phone or email info." Manager said to call the 800 # that's all he could offer . Went to Flat Out Auto and they literally gave me the correct part for free! See the difference here? Real folks who see solutions vs corporate employed shoulder shruggers. Won't happen again . Typical selection of what you would expect at this Advance Auto Parts store, but only 2 stars for the mediocre service. Went in and there were 2 guys at the counter talking and they saw me standing there, had to say the "excuse me" to get their attention. I asked about a part I needed and one of the guys was like it's on isle 3 and went back to talk to his buddy. It would have been more helpful if he had showed me where on isle 3 it was, instead I had to go search it out. After finding what I needed and going back to the cashier I had 3 different workers walk by and looked at me before I finally got one to ring me up. AAP needs to work on their customer service skills. read more

I needed an ac compressor and I called Advance Auto Parts. The sales personal Mr. Gnats was very helpful. He assisted me via the phone. He nade recommendations and told me the part will be waiting for me when I arrived. When I arrived he helped me. He even made recommendations. He was pleasant and friendly. I would recommend this store to others. I went out if my way to go to this store bypassing the Hamilton Mill Store. I am glad I did. Its a little further away but the service was better. read more

The folks at Advance Auto deserve a Double Thumbs Up for their customer service. I had purchased windshield wipers last month at another store location in Tenn. The new wipers were making an awful noise when I had the wipers on while raining. I stop by this store and did not have the original receipt with me. I shared my story and salesman and manager did not hesitate to provide me a new set. It was very refreshing that I did not receive any hassle whatsoever.
