HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!! I took my Toyota Tacoma truck in for a truck cover that my husband got me for…read morea Christmas gift. Twice the company he ordered from didn't send the right equipment. The third time he did install the cover. It didn't fit right. There was a large gap between the front of the cover and the back windows. It also had a black kind of tar substance and during the really hot weather it was like tar. I took it back three times and each time he told me that it was normal. I looked at 2 dozen parked trucks at Fry's and NONE of them had that, even my husband's truck didn't have that. Back to Driven Auto and stated it was a shoddy job and do it right. I had gone to 2 other auto specialty shops and both said it was a "shoddy" job and it wasn't t the right cover. FINALLY he fixed it with some sort of foam. I don't feel as if with time and heat the foam will last and I will have to send it out to get fixed again. The owner's aditutude thru this whole experience was one that was unprofessional and rolling his eyes!!! If u want Shoddy work this is the place to go!! Customer service is not here!!!!
