Took my brand new RAM Laramie in to have AC checked. Was told its just a clogged cabin filter. Easily could have done it myself for $25 but I thought to myself if it only cost $25 and Im already here at dealership, how bad could it be... They charged me $156 out the door for a $25 filter that took maybe 15 minutes of labor. DO NOT EVER COME HERE FOR SERVICE!!! read more

I have to update. I have been trying to figure out why my truck keeps destroying the front two tires in less than a 6 month span. I took my truck to see them to have the fuel filter and oil filter replacement. They said they did an inspection of my vehicle to see if they was to find anything else wrong. Well I took the truck back and spoke to one of the mechanics personally as to the tire wear. This is when I found out my front ball joints bushings was bad. I was a slight bit irritated since they failed to let me know there is a problem with them after they replaced the fuel filter and oil filter. So I took the truck to a independent truck shop to get them replaced under a warranty to find out that I almost had to pay extent and the amount of money for a right front caliper, frozen, and brake pads almost worked due to the metal. So I'm a little bit confused since they told me they inspected the truck and said nothing to me on both items . I always thought taking your vehicle to the dealers was always better than independent mechanics , I guessed wrong. read more

I had my eye on a vehicle and was in contact with a sales rep for about a week. Made an appointment to go see the vehicle. Residence is in 4 hours from the dealership. When I arrived the sales rep whom I made the appointment with was not there, called away for training or emergency, stories differ but could have been emergency training. I was downsizing from a large expensive truck to a smaller, less valued truck. While signing the paperwork, I was tagged with a 499.00 etching fee which had NEVER been brought up in conversation prior to this. Since the trade in vehicle was worth more that the trade, I was due money back. The check requires two signatures and would have to be sent to corporate for the second signature. I was assured this would take two weeks. Not happy but I felt stuck. It has been almost a month and there is no check in the mail. I have called several times and each time it was "Oh really? I will call and check on that for you and give you a call back right away." Still waiting for those call backs. The lack of professionalism with the staff in incredible. The truck I drove away with has been doing well with no surprises except for the hard water stains on the windshield that will not come off. Even with a razor blade. read more

It is too bad there are not negative stars. The check engine light came on in my van while doing errands. Went to Horne on my way home to get it fixed. Had to wait almost a week before they had time to even look at it. No van for the week. Then it takes them 4 hours and all they do is update software and they tell my husband to expect it to come back. Why didn't they fix it right? Of course it does come back but this time I am in Phoenix 2 hours away fresh off a very long international flight. Here I sit stranded because Horne didn't do the job right the first time. I will never take my vehicle back there nor would I purchase my next vehicle from them. read more

I recently bought a Kia from Horne, this time I wanted a truck for myself. I drove from Phoenix to buy a particular truck that they had in stock. My dealings via email were good, but my experience at the dealership was outstanding. Having shopped around, and had some ugly high pressure encounters, I can say this is the most laid back and relaxed environment. Their price was VERY competitive, my trade offer was reasonable, and they even qualified me for an additional rebate which took more money off the truck. The real surprise was they found a rate 1% lower than through Chrysler -so they saved me another $10/mo in payment. Joe and Justin are the people to see. They don't sell cars, they let you decide what you want, then let you decide if you want to buy it. I will be a customer again of Horne. read more

The worst service experience of my life. My transmission broke down outside of Superior and Horne was the closest dealership I could get towed to. My car was still under warranty so this should have gotten taken care of without an issue. No luck! I was not provided with a loaner car to get back home to Phoenix and was forced to stay overnight until I could get a rental car, which Horne also wouldn't reimburse and told me "wasn't their problem." Because their service department isn't open on weekends, it was five days before my car was even repaired, and when I again brought up getting reimbursed for my rental car, I was told that the issue took less than an hour of labor so he didn't see why it was his problem to get me a rental car for five days. He also tried to use the excuse that Globe is a small town and didn't have that kind of budget. Wow! In the end I called Jeep directly and got reimbursed. The worst part is that I probably would have been more understanding if the people I interacted with weren't so rude and lacking an understanding of customer service. My lesson if I break down near Superior again? Get a tow to Phoenix. read more

I recently bought a a 2018 Nissan Rogue from Horne in Globe Arizona. I didn't want to buy from a local dealership because they are typically overpriced. However, I did as a favor to my girlfriend who is good friends with one of the salesmen. The salesman we had was very good. I mentioned to management as he was doing paperwork on the Nissan that there was only one key. Not acceptable to me. I was assured I would be able to get a spare key later on by Management. Well its 2 months later and I was told by my salesman that his GM Kevin stated that it's a used car and if I wanted a key I would basically have to pay another $250.00 to get one. I have bought approximately 40 cars throughout my life and have always had two sets of keys. If I could give Kevin a negative amount of stars I would. Long story short I will NEVER buy another vehicle from this dealership. Their service after the sale is God awful. Stay away from HORNE in Globe is my advice. read more
