I had bought new tires there about 2 months earlier and one had gone flat due to a sharp rock penetrating the tread. Inspecting the damage, they determined that it was not repairable. The further bad news was they didn't have a replacement in inventory nor was one available in their area. They could order one, but wouldn't be delivered till the next day. Jeremy, the manager, stepped up and offered to drive me somewhere. I smiled and thanked him, then told him I lived 125 miles away. His grin faded but he took his responsibility so seriously to keep his customer safe that he would not say yes to my plan to limp home on the donut and return the next day, a total of 250miles. He scrambled and found a replacement tire in Johnstown. I offered to drive down to pick it up, but he had his wife bring it and by 6:30 that evening I was able to drive way on that new tire. My only out of pocket was purchasing the warranty on the new tire. I am forever grateful to Jeremy (and his wife!), Amanda and Aaron who found ways around all the challenges to get me back on the road. This is customer service, integrity and kindness on steroids. No one will let you know they are experiencing a delay and when you ask they are somewhat rude. Took 5 phone calls to attempt to schedule and they NEVER returned voice mail. I had to go to the dealership and sit face to face with someone just to schedule. Super inconvenient. The dealer experience has been nothing but trouble and disappointment from the beginning. They CLEARLY do not value their customers!!!

I had put in a personal request to have my driver seat belt buckle, and my truck latch looked at on my Volkswagen Beetle. Not only to be charged both separately (up to 400$ of diagnostic), but both ended awfully. My driver seat belt couldn't latch properly, however instead of calling me and saying that the latch needed replaced. They decided to shove a flat head screw driver into the buckle, until it worked. YAY it works now, but now has the problem further shoved into it. As a side note I will issue that they did refund me (admitting fault on this service) for just the buckle diagnostic, however the second one is much worse. The second issue I had requested, was due to the fact my trunk latch wouldn't open. During diagnostic they realized it could be a faulty part, and instead of contacting me, (using their own words here btw) THEY PRIED MY TRUNK OPEN?! So now instead a trunk that won't open, I now have a trunk that won't close. Would you want your house to not close or not open? That aside I had came here almost a year ago for a coolant hose replacement and I had thought that went well. However a coolant issue is what brought me back... (but that's classic European Volkswagen issues). The customer service is excellent, and the team is kind and professional. But I'm starting to believe the recovery team is skilled, because this is a common occurrence.

I have always found that Gregg and his staff have outdone themselves in this regard, most notably whenever there any problems arise and how to creatively manage those. This time I noticed that when they were getting my new vehicle ready for delivery, West (another employee) actually took his shoes off so as not to track any dust or dirt onto the floormats! Our repair through USAA and the Loveland statement about their self inflated "customer service" is fabricated. The worst customer service I have received, and I do not live in Loveland I am closer to Colorado Springs-but the repair done on the road-had to take to nearest dealership. Based on this experience I have to say they have failed epically and I question wether service tech just blew me off and has not sent Caliber Collision estimate to "upper Management as claimed" I'm sick of this frickin' hassle and epic customer service failure-and physical repair a failure.
