At that time, I also requested that a NYS Inspection be done on my vehicle during this routine service visit. Not until I got home did I realize that the inspection of my vehicle was mistakenly not done. After this was brought to the attention of the new Service Manager, Richard Hines, he immediately went well above and beyond my expectations in attempting to rectify the innocent error in failing to inspect my vehicle, by offering to pick up my vehicle at my home and leave me a loaner vehicle until which time the inspection is completed......then returning my vehicle back to me at home while picking up the loaner....The offer made by Richard in rectifying the situation is a clear indication of his committed effort in providing the most exceptional of service to the customers have come to expect from Grand Prix Subaru....Such an effort should not only be recognized , but should be highly commended......Thank you , Richard......

However, months later, the dealership has still not applied the refund to my loan account. When I contacted the warranty company, they confirmed that the claim is closed and that the dealership has already received the funds. Communication has been terrible. I've had to repeatedly reach out just to get basic updates, and even then, I've either been ignored or given vague responses with no real resolution. Antonio Salamone literally has no idea what's going on. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially when it involves a customer's finances. A reputable dealership should handle something like this promptly and transparently. If you're considering doing business here, I highly advise you to think twice. There are plenty of dealerships that actually respect their customers and handle transactions properly--this is not one of them. This was my first time purchasing a car and I 100% feel that they had taken advantage of me because of that. They did not explain the process out to me nor did they contact me AT ALL. Good Luck.

I visited All Out Motorworks regarding a knocking sound coming from my vehicle. Employee stated that they would take the belt off. If knocking sound = engine/motor. If no knocking sound = belt. I was told that my belt and belt tensioner needed replacing. Everything came out to $500. Less than a week later, my vehicle went limp mode while driving and had to be towed to my usual shop. Battery test didn't register a start. My mechanic stated that whoever replaced the belt, dented the side of my BRAND NEW alternator and tore the belt to shreds. On top of it, the radiator was damaged. I have had to replace the alternator twice since then. I've had three alternator replacements in a month. It has only been two weeks since All Out Motorworks "fixed" my vehicle. My vehicle is ruined and currently in the market for financing a new one. I've written this off as a loss and want nothing to do with this shop. They are not honest people. The Valvoline across the street stated that they are expensive and not a good choice, but a desperate choice. Do not visit this shop.
