This place is the best in the business by a mile!! We have had some work done by him over the years and it has always been perfect, professional and quick but this last time was the best by far. After being in a car accident, he showed up for us big time...towing our car from another state, helping us obtain a rental, dealing with insurance and getting our car fixed. I walked into Joseph's thirty minutes before closing for an oil change and inspection. While I came far too late for an inspection, the oil change was done promptly. They also checked a couple of things about which I inquired, namely my tire air pressure and battery on my car keys and fixed it. All in all a great experience. 10/10 would recommend. read more

My BMW was leaking oil and dripping on the exhaust pipe causing a nasty smell in the cabin. Steve took great care of me replacing the valve cover gasket along with a new factory valve cover that I wanted replaced finding out they are made of plastic and a damaged pressure sensor/hose. Price was very fair compared to what the dealer wanted and now smell and leak are gone. Car is now running better. While I was there he noticed a fist size dent on my rear panel and asked if I wanted him to have it pulled out. Price was good and I agreed. A knuckle head who walked by my car a few weeks ago while I was in a mall shopping was heard to be ranting something and decided to punched it. Saved me big bucks not having to go to a body shop and have it repaired including have to have the rear quarter painted and the time having to go to small claims court to sue the guy who did it. He had enough problems when the police stopped him and quest him as he had outstanding warrants and was arrested for them. Karma is a bitch. Car lQQks great. I called at 8:30 on 12/2 to ask about an approximate time for an oil change and inspection. I was told at 8:30 am that I could be taken right away. I drove right over and arrived at 8:41. I asked the guy at the counter about an oil change and inspection and he said it would be 2 hours minimum. Lying to a customer on the phone to get them into your shop is disgusting and I can no longer trust your shop to let me know something simple as wait times, let alone trusting you with my car. read more
