The customer service here is absolutely horrid, they don't care about you regardless of how much of a repeat or return customer you may have been. I don't expect these people to be experts at everything, however I do expect them to not act like an entitled child while assisting customers. The man who I spoke to talked down to me, then proceeded to ignore me complaining about his employees turning on a computer he didn't want on, reprimanding employees right in front of customers. Then proceeded to look back at me and say "Sorry can't help you." GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, there's a hundred autopart stores around here, and this one certainly isn't where you should waste your money, because any dollar spent here is a dollar wasted. This isn't the only poor experience I have had here, there was once where I purchased brake pads online, and they gave me the wrong ones, no big deal right? Except they had me wait on hold for nearly 30 minutes before I hung up and just drove there, when I was there, they made me wait another 15-20 minutes before they once again GAVE ME THE WRONG PART. TLDR; Don't go here these people are rude and incompetent at best.

    I brought my scooter over two and a half months ago to have a CDI box rewired. I have called many…read moretimes to check the status of my bike as it went to voicemail and they never ever returned my calls. I have drove six times in that two and a half month period, when I was able to speak to a clerk about my scooter they said they haven't got to it yet as they were backed up. When I finally got to speak with one of their backyard mechanics, and they didn't know what they were talking about, my bike was in their shop just for a CDI box, they finally called me and left a message to come up and pay for the CDI box before they would start working on it, as I feel, this was very unprofessional. They kept giving me the run around the date they would start my bike and kept putting me to the back of the line. They finally put the CDI box on but they told me the bike has no power, as I felt they should've made sure the battery was connected in order to run the diagnostics , after all of this the guy said they would have to charge you for a diagnostics. when I called and finally got through to speak with one of the backyard mechanics. he said he was doing a visual inspection of the wires, and that's what they call doing a diagnostics with no power, they had an attitude as I asking questions about my bike and trying to keep passing it off to the next person. I felt they treated me this way because I'm an Africa America, I will never return and suggest anyone that has bike and need work on your bike don't go there, unless you want to get ripped off and treated with no respect, then that's your bike place to go to. You wonder why they have no stars at all. It was the worst experience of my life. I took my bike after paying for it to just sit in a lot for over two and a half months ago. After all that they wanted me to keep my bike there to charge more money for a diagnosis, Shouldn't that have been included in my original price I would never refer my worst enemy to this bike shop. Thanks to steel horse for wasting my time and money!!! Go some place else. I had to post a single star which they didn't deserve, to post this and they only deserve a 0!!!!!

    DO NOT TRUST NIC FORD IN INVERNESS - A NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE…read more This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a dealership -- and sadly, it's been both emotionally and financially draining. I brought my Ford vehicle to Nick Nicholas Ford in Inverness, FL, for repairs. Initially, they attempted to charge me nearly $10,000 out of pocket -- until I discovered the issue was actually covered under warranty. No one at the dealership made any effort to tell me this. Had I not done my own research, I would've been scammed into paying a massive, unnecessary bill. To make matters worse: I never received a call from any manager or service rep during the process -- not to update me, not to clarify next steps, not even to follow up after repairs. I was left without transportation and denied a ride to Enterprise rental, even though this is standard practice at most professional service centers. I had to pay rental charges out-of-pocket, and no one has offered to reimburse me. When I called in for updates, the phone was slammed down on me -- extremely rude and unprofessional. After all that, my vehicle is still having issues even after the "repairs." To make things worse, I discovered new damage to the right side and rear of my car. I live alone, and no one else drives my vehicle -- this damage occurred under their care. I have opened multiple cases with Ford's Customer Service system, including through their AI support. No manager has ever reached out, and the cases remain unresolved. I've been ignored and treated like an inconvenience. As a person of color, I also have to say the way I was treated raises real concerns about discriminatory practices. I was made to feel invisible, spoken down to, and disregarded at every turn. No one should have to deal with this level of disrespect and negligence. This will be the last Ford I ever purchase. I will never recommend Nick Nicholas Ford Inverness to anyone. They operate with poor business practices, lack of accountability, and a total disregard for their customers -- especially those of us who don't look like their "preferred" clientele.
