They tend to be super busy and getting an appointment can be a wait, and their waiting room tends to be full. But they're very personable and you get the sense that they really care for their customers. If I was still in Ithaca, I'd still be going here.

I said yes, thinking the cost would be worth the time it would take me to go buy the bulb and figure out how to install it. The oil change with the bulb replacement was $160. If that wasn't bad enough when I got home I realized the light on the back wasn't even installed properly. I went back to the shop to get it fixed, something that took 30 seconds. This was insane to me. A task that they initially billed .3 hours for to take 30 seconds to redo told me I was being exorbitantly overcharged. I was able to get a refund on the bulb but I feel as though they thought I wasn't smart and didn't understand I was being scammed. Do not go to Patterson's! I will not be returning and nor should you !!

I've had brakes done and they gave me information to get a rebate. Mike Sealy is extremely honest and a great mechanic! I asked him to check several things as suggested by another dealer and he showed me that half of those were unnecessary. Elizabeth and Ruth are no ordinary receptionists, they are also well versed and actual mechanics themselves. The atmosphere is friendly, honest and positively a good experience.

After kids driving and using it, I didn't know if it would ever look good again, but they successfully removed every trace of sticky, crumbly kid residue and restored it back to something I am glad to pick up my friends in again. The exterior was washed & clay barred... but not waxed or sealed, very disappointed with the results. White chalky residue was splashed onto areas under the front hood and other areas (not cleaned up). Engined was cleaned and detailed prior to my appointment by myself, yet I was charged for it when obviously not needed? Overall: *Exterior was cleaned. *Interior detail was exemplary. *Engine detail was not needed and the engine compartment had residue from polishing compound splashes. *Windows cleaned. *Trunk not vacuumed/detailed. *Wheels not cleaned on the backside. *Tire shine applied. *Water would not bead on the exterior (a desired and expected effect when waxed). I was told that I did not ask/pay to have the paint "sealed" & that pollen on the car can causes that?!? Cost: $900+ Very disappointed.
