The police informed me that the tow truck would drop me off nearby or bring me to the shop. Since I was just south of exit 6 on route three I asked to be dropped off right off exit 6. The tow truck told me it would be $250 to be dropped off anywhere but the tow truck yard. I told him I just needed to be dropped off right off the exit and he pointed south on route three and said rudely, "I'm going THAT way". When I found out the shop was in , I was extremely confused. He obviously had to turn around and go north on route three past the exit I was asking to be dropped off on. I called the next morning, and asked what their policy was for being dropped off nearby. The man on the phone informed me that it was free to be dropped off right off an exit. I then told him what I was told the previous night and he told me that "I was hysterical and ran straight to the police officer." I then asked him how he knew who I was and informed him that was not what happened. Unfortunately, I had the unpleasant experience of having to go there to sign a written release so my insurance could pick up my vehicle. When I arrived, I said a friendly hello to the man at the counter to which he put up a finger and said "one moment" without looking up from his computer screen. I had to sign a waiver, releasing them of all liability if I fell on the ice rink that is their property. After, I was told I could get my personal belongings out of my vehicle, but I could not find it in the tow yard. I would avoid this company at all in the future. I do not know how much my insurance will have to pay or how much I am going to have to pitch in, but I am very unhappy with the customer service, lies, and general sketchiness of this company.

Another gentleman behind the computer identified himself as the owner and said he was there for 30 years. I told him the only reason I was there is because I found him on yelp and your customers love you. He smiled, and said "hey, we try to do our best. You know it's a car business it's tough, but we try to do our best."! I think that's all we can expect is someone's best. The salesman was a very nice gentleman who let us look at the car without interrupting or acting condescending, etc. He recognized I had a small amount of mechanical aptitude and did not belittle me or put me down because I was trying to do a little due diligence on count of my 17 1/2 year-old son. We took the vehicle for a ride and came back. We said we had to take a drive and talk about it. He said, "why don't you take this car for another drive and talk about it"? which I thought was pretty great. We took another drive in the car and we came back and made a great deal! I didn't beat them up and they did not beat me up. It felt really good to do a good old-fashioned deal. The handshake , well it was great, I know that sounds corny and a little ridiculous but if you come here, I'm sure you'll experience the same thing. We haven't picked the car up yet. This shop did not pass my car for minimal tint and I mean I did not even know it had tint, that is how minor this tint is!!! Car has passed this same inspection several times before and I have not changed anything or done anything to the windows. There were several other cars in their garage with darker tint than mine and he said well, they are not here for an inspection. he handed me the law that explicitly says that "the vehicle cannot have aftermarket tinting on the windshield or on the windows to the left or right of the driver." But the tint they failed me for is on the back windows not the front or the driver sides. What a joke! I do not recommend bringing your car here for an inspection. BTW- Thank you NH police for all you do, I do appreciate you, do not appreciate this shop.
