But when I called Millenium they took the time to get all the information and gave me several options that were very reasonable. They also encouraged me to call around and also search on line. I went with them. They had me come over and 20 minutes later I left with two new tires and a four wheel balancing. They also had a sweet rescue dog in their waiting area. Well, previously I thought you had to go to a chain store to get tire service, but this time I went to this neighborhood place, and the service was a hundred times better. I was losing air and thought I'd have to spend a lot on new tires. I went to Millenium nearby, I was helped immediately and my car was serviced, also immediately. They found the fault was only the valves, and was that a huge relief! No hard sell like you get elsewhere. It was all fixed in minutes! And they explained everything in helpful detail. They charged so little, I was happy to add more to my bill. They also do way more, like oil change and brake repair. So I'll be going to Millenium from now on, definitely. We rented a car through Turo for our long weekend trip, and ended up with a flat tire our first day there. We tried a few tire shops hoping to get a patch, but everywhere was slammed with 2-3 hour waits just to have our tires get looked at. We ended up going out for coffee right down the road from Millenium Tire, and I found them on Yelp and called to see how long it would be. They said they could get us taken care of immediately! The guys were very nice and patched the tire no problem, for a really decent price. We were in and out in probably 15-20 minutes. The next day, Sunday, we started up the car to a SECOND low tire. Hoping it was a slow leak, we aired it up but it was alarming two hours later. So back to Millenium we went! Again, they were able to fit us in right away. Not sure why these guys had less business than the other busier places, because they are top notch! We are so thankful for the professional and friendly people, quick service, and good prices we found at this shop. They helped downgrade a vacation emergency to a tiny hassle. My tire had been giving me a lot of trouble so after filling the air twice and it still went flat, I took it to these guys - who were the only ones in the area open on a Saturday, and they patched it quickly and affordably. Also, honest because when I asked if I needed new tires, the kid at the front desk told me I had good tires and to be sure to rotate them 1-2 times a year.
