They tested the 12v, told me it was dead (gee, thanks) and told me to take it to "the shop." I literally drove across the street to an AutoZone and they fixed it no problem. Advanced Auto wouldn't even jump me off in the parking lot to leave. Maybe they're fine if you don't have a hybrid, but if you have anything other than a standard combustion engine, I'd stay away.
