While visiting our daughter we noticed she had not kept up with the tire rotation on her car. So we checked reviews and found Warren Tire had 5 stars and thought we would make an appointment (on the day before Thanksgiving) for sometime later in the week or the following week. Russ welcomed us, wrote up our request for tire rotation, checking front brakes, fluids check and turning off the oil change light. All work completed in an hour and he gave us a complete rundown on what they saw with the car. When it came to payment we were charged nothing!! Will definitely have tune ups and oil changes completed here as these are the type of honest people you want to do business with. I was told by owner of 15th Street location I needed new rotors when I took my 2024 car with 34k miles in for my free tire rotation and have brake pads checked. I'm an elderly woman but not stupid! I told him I would take to another establishment for 2nd opinion. He quickly changed his recommendation and just rotated the tires. read more

I really appreciate these guys on 15th. We were dropping our 2nd daughter off at the dorms on move in day. She had a tire issue with her Jeep and we certainly wanted it resolved before leaving. They found the problem, ordered the tire needed and had it taken care of in a flash. It wasn't as easy as I described but in the interest of time and space, I'll just say they took care of us. I don't usually leave reviews about places but this place was just amazing. I had low tire pressure in one of my tires and had to get it checked. I go to this place and every person was very friendly and the guy at the front desk was so helpful. They were able to check my tire and find that there was a nail in the tire and patch it within 20 minutes. Go to this place if you ever have a tire issue!! These folks at Warren Tire are a blessing for us out of State parents with children going to school in Tuscaloosa. My daughters car would not start this morning. After walking her thru how to jump start it I immediately called Warren Tire and spoke with Russ. He informed me that they were able to help and that she should head their way (17th street location). Very happy with the professionalism and service from this auto repair company. I talked with Russ and he was very helpful and knowledgeable with my daughters car issues. He knew exactly what her SUV needed and only did the work that was required to make sure the care was safe and running smooth. I took my truck here for tires and an alignment. I did suspect needing more. Turns out, I needed lower control arms. I also knew that I had a brake cylinder leaking. They called to let me know about the control arms, and when I picked it up, they let me know about the brakes. Had I took it somewhere else, they would've called about everything they could find trying to drive the price up. These people seem to be honest and just do what you ask them. I was leaving for a cruise this morning at 6:45am and woke up to a flat tire, on the ground, no salvaging it. Mr. Don came to help us out before they were even opened at 7am. I've had great experiences with Warren Tire, both the original on University Blvd and the new location on 15th St. All of their staff are very friendly, and they're VERY efficient. Today I had a headlight out, so called the University location in the morning to see when the best time to come to have it fixed might be. I pulled into their parking lot at 2:40pm, and by 3:00 I was back on the road. (I had the option to have a free ride to and from work to leave the car there, but for 20 minutes, why bother?) A few months ago I had a leaking tire, so pulled into the 15th St location without an appointment. They gave me a ride to work in the morning and came to pick me up when the tire had been repaired (for $25). I'm a loyal customer when I get great service, so I'm sure I'll be back! read more
