The entire time I was talking about a car that I lost off the interstate in Pennsylvania while I am calling from Brooklyn, New York, and Evan never once corrected me that he was in in Alabama. When it inevitably failed 2 weeks later, I had to have it towed to Aamco (the nearest place at the time I broke down) and they pulled it out and told me that I needed to call and see if I could get it fixed or get my money back. I did and basically was told tough luck and there would be no refund or contrition whatsoever. I had to pay for a new transmission at Aamco, but they did it right and the car is still running perfectly now. Go somewhere else

We were out of town and transmission broke down. They worked hard to get the part in and hard to get it done quickly. During test drive Brooklyn notice a loud noise while car was running and said the ball bearings were faulty. In the last year we asked 3 mechanics to look at that noise and not one of them even mentioned the ball bearings and we live in Indiana (home of the Indianapolis 500)!
