Expected an inside patch as opposed to a plug otherwise I would have plugged it myself. Tech stated something to the effect that the nail was through the sidewall and was "non repairable ". But happy to sell me a new tire. But wait , the current tires are about at half the life expectancy. Why not just replace all 4 ? So being a crook has its financial incentive and it's certainly low hanging fruit to scam an unsuspecting female. But the risk is you may occasionally attempt to scam someone who knows better and they will write a review to expose your practices. When I stopped by, the tech said my tires were leaking again due to nails -- which they already knew about the first time -- and claimed they'd now "plug them." I assumed they were correcting their mistake. Instead, without any warning, they slapped me with another $70 charge. When I politely questioned it, the man behind the counter snatched my receipt, ripped it in half, threw it at me, and screamed, "You bitches think everything is free," followed by calling me a "dumb bitch" and telling me to "get the f*** out and never come back." As a woman alone, I felt completely disrespected and unsafe. No customer should ever be spoken to that way -- period. Their lack of professionalism, integrity, and basic decency is disgusting. I will never return, and I strongly advise anyone -- especially women -- to avoid this place at all costs.

This…read morewas after I was told there was NOTHING wrong with my brakes and when I went to a diff location I was told not only were all 4 of my brakes bad and needed replacement (along with the pads and rotors) but that I had a cracked axel as well. I drove to Miami (over 10 hours there and back) with my car like that. Then after they replaced the brake systems and the axel I had to go back bc they were still making noise. Supposedly they were "fixed". Then when I picked up my car, as I was leaving the parking lot, I noticed 2 lights on the dash were lit up. I went back in to the location and told them about the lights. I was told to ignore it. The lights are on for a reason. Even tho they had "comped" some of the services that has no baring especially when I still am concerned about my brakes and the safety of my car.  My family has been customers of tires plus for decades. The way this was handled was awful. I even spoke to MaryAnn the "area manager" who told me everything would be taken care of. Clearly since my brakes still sound like shit, it was not. We have shared this experience with the rest of our family (that spreads across the US) as well as all our friends and neighbors. We will not be using Tiresplus in the future.
