Be forewarned!! Stay away from this place at all costs. I took my car in to have a tire fixed with a slow leak. The staff was friendly enough, but when they tried to remove the wheel, they had to use a special key that fit the wheel lock, which I supplied to them. They proceeded to wreck the key but using the air drill, so the key got stripped. They called me and I said I had another key. I drove back, gave them the backup key and while I was there, I saw them with the air drill trying to remove the lock and they stripped the replacement key as well. Good thing I had a second backup. They made no offer to pay to replace the ruined keys, instead saying that they could remove the lug for $50 to 'repair' the issue. I told them to return my car. I didn't want them to touch it after that. I will take it to a reliable mechanic to have the flat fixed. read more

One week ago my wife got 2 new tires they said after calling them 2days prior to bring the car in between 8am&9am we got there around 9am& she said we had a 8am appt o.k. so at 3:30 we called to see if they were done yet & they said they just got the tires & it would be another hour o.k. then at 4:45 got a call to pick it up$550 later my wife brings it back because tire pressure light was blinking they told her it would turn off after she drove it so after driving it to work & back the day light was still on so I bring it back he said he would fix it no charge so they tell me the tire sensor battery was bad & needed to be replaced at my cost so they told me they put the old sensors back on my new tires so its my dime o.k. they also gave me a list of things that needed to be repaired like shocks & struts ECT! not anything about tire sensors(scam) so why would anybody in their right mind think you would have them fix anything else if they cant even do tires right never ever going back there again!!! read more

My husband took his car to this TK location to get his brakes checked about 2 month ago. The brake pads were replaced, and he was told that the rotors were ok. He brought it back yesterday because we noticed that the brakes were producing a high-pitched noise. They called back and said that the pads they replaced have damaged the rotors, and the rotors need to be replaced. He had to pay $700 + for a problem this company created. I know that we lost this money but buyer beware... always ask if the pads are the right ones for your car because apparently the pads had a "50/50" chance they'll work on my husband's car which they NEVER explained to him when he paid for the new pads. Response to owner's message: I received a message from the "owner" and followed what was suggested in the message (call number 9149842500 ext. 2). My call was transferred to an automated system, put on hold then disconnected. I would like to remove the one star (but system won't let me). Live and learn. read more

Was visiting from out of town and needed air in my tires. Stopped here for assistance. Tristan was very helpful and actually did it for me.

WE are regular customers for years with 4 cars we serviced there. Last month took in the 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe for oil change service. I did not drive the car for a couple weeks and today I went out to check the oil. Overfilled by a quart, spilled oil all over the engine fill area, never filled the washer fluid and not sure if they rotated the tires. I went into Tire Kingdom after Take 5 confirmed I must have a leaky gasket. Take 5 recommend Tire Kingdom. I showed up and Adrian got me in. They said my car would be done by 1pm. The service tech Adrian went above and beyond and showed me in the bay where the leaks were, ordered the same part from 2 different places to make sure he got one on time and had it done on time so my son and I could see a movie I had all bought presale tickets to at 3pm. I took my 2013 ford explorer to Tire Kingdom(Dunedin) for a 21.99 oil change. I had some other issues( no more Fords). Josh(manager) showed me what the problems were(physically showing me). Last week my tire light went on my car. Today, was the first time I could actually go to Tire Kingdom to have them take a look at my tires. I had bought my tires there and I also had purchased the extended warranty. When I got to the shop, I was greeted by a very nice employee named Alex. I asked him about checking out my tires and he said that they were shorthanded and wouldn't be able to do it until tomorrow. But he was so kind to me and said do you think they just need air, because I can do that for you. And that's exactly what he did and that's exactly what they needed. I needed tires, I run in my Durango a lot, and wanted a fair price. A close friend, who is always on long distance road trips, told me about his tires, the price, and where to go. I said what the hell, and scored great tires, great service, and felt good afterward! In fact, I have the exact same tires on my SUV that my friend has on his! Had a pretty bad experience. Went in here on a Sunday morning. I actually got up early on a Sunday just to make the drive over to get some help with my tires. All I needed was someone to tell me what tires would be the best fit for my car. I was told by the attendant that I should go to the website for more help? I asked him if he could just take a look for me and make some recommendations and he told me to come back next week when some other guy would be around to help me??? I was pretty astonished. I'm not sure if the corporate offices monitor the customer service of their locations, but they really should. My car needs over $1,500 worth of new tires and wheels. Would not visit this shop again. For reference, I was a tire and service shop owner for many years so I know what automotive customer service should be. Classical sales approach for unscrupulous marketing models. Instead of "selling" what you may need associated with a tire set purchase, they are really adept at adding fee after fee to pad a ticket heavily. Requested and expected a technician to get my car on a lift and inspect suspension and alignment components, brakes, shocks, etc. for potential wear and opportunities to sell me further parts and services. Never got that even after advising that I was looking to check vehicle for needed service as it was rounding 100k miles (Honda Civic) and was investing maintenance money to keep it rolling with a long life. If you're looking for a shop for knowledgeable helpful service writers and technicians, this would not be the place to go. I'll go to another shop that may know how to sell what I need and not throw the canned sales pitch as every other customer that walks through their doors. read more
