Wife has a Buick Cascada that had an oil leak which cost me $220 for diagnosis (I already told them what was leaking and where) and was informed that the replacement part was discontinued and left with no resolution. Also had a 15% off coupon that was never applied and turned up missing. So I took it upon myself to locate a new replacement part which I ordered from a Chevrolet dealership in Texas and was shipped from a warehouse in Lansing Michigan. Installed it in 25 minutes. This dealership doesn't operate the way it did when Dick Norris was in charge. Doubt I'll be back or offer a recommendation to anyone.

I had a battery replaced here about 2 yrs ago when my parents were in town. Welp...my dad used his phone number for the registration on the battery. I told the Manager there the situation that I was currently going through, verified my Dad's old phone number and boom, replaced the battery without even asking anything else. I asked if I had to do any paperwork, etc and he said "Nope! You're good I'll take care of the rest, have a great day." Any other store would have given the warranty run-around and I am certain I would have had to pay for a new battery even this one technically was still under warranty. I've been here several times over the years for random Auto-Parts needs and everyone at this location is great. Thanks O'Reilly!

Brought the paperwork to Advance, with all the proof, vin #, date and failed description, they said they couldn't replace the battery because their device was prompting them to 'good' battery. Unbelievable ! I will take my business elsewhere. The service personnel said they lose money if they made an exchange on a good battery. Bunch of "BULL" but I'm glad to know where customers stand with them.
