    Autozone!
    Michelle C.

Have visited this Autozone on several occasions in order to buy car accessories or maintenance items. The store does the trick, however, I often feel neglected when I come here. I'm never greeted and most times I spend minutes looking for an employee to talk to and I'm never asked if I need help. Since I'm an adult, I'm assertive and I usually seek an employee out and ask them for guidance. They always help out and are friendly. However, twice, they have provided guidance on me seeking seat covers. They reassure me these covers will fit my car and then when I try to install the seat covers, they are not compatible. A bit frustrating, but as long as I have the receipt and the item is is good conditions, they will take it back. So summarizing, three stars for an "a-ok" store that does the trick on almost every occasions.

    Opened hose clamp pliers.

I remember I bought this battery less than 2 years ago, so they were able to look it up and provide a new battery at no charge!

I came here wanting to get a quote on how much getting my car A/C and passenger rear view window…read morefixed would cost. The owner told me a simple dye test should do the trick to check the A/C. Hours after dropping my car off to do this test, they call me with an appalling list of things needed to be fixed in my car to the tune of over $3,500. One of which was leaking coolant, which I had fixed less than a year ago elsewhere. I went to my last mechanic to use the warranty from this repair. However, he was able to physically show me that there was no leak. I went to check everything else on this list of repairs Everything Automotive claimed I needed, and only 2 of the 5 repairs were actually true. I agreed to get my mirror changed at Everything Automotive and nothing else. But the owner wouldn't take my no for an answer on getting everything they listed repaired, and tried pressuring me to scare me saying my car was a ticking time-bomb. It wasn't. When I came to get my car an hour after the full diagnostics I didn't ask for was finished, the owner said he needed more time to "do what he needed to do still." Slightly concerning since there was nothing we agreed to repair yet, and of course when leaving, my car ran worse than it did when I got there. As a girl alone in Florida as I finish up my education, it's so disappointing to see the lengths people will go to swindle others. The owner states to have helped lots of fellow students from my school which worries me how many other people were suckered into spending money on things they didn't need from here. Do yourself a favor, and find an honest mechanic like Vimar up the block across the street from Full Sail University to help you with all your needs!

When I brought my car in and I told him that this was a repeat problem he did a deep look through and replaced parts of my AC and I haven't had a problem with my AC since. I am so grateful. Recently I needed a part for one of my "vintage" cars, a 1977 Buick. I went to the yellow store, where the man said he could get it for me "Later today." He didn't give me a price. The second store, where the professional mechanics go, had it at the Tampa warehouse, and could "get it by tomorrow. $23.95." O'Reillys had it in stock for $10.99. This was my first visit to this clean, new, well stocked store, but I'm sure it won't be my last. The shelf prices on things like oil, filters, and accessories seemed to be as good as or better than the other kids on the block, too. Even Wal Mart. Check their website for ads and specials. Plus, they have some motorcycle parts, and some lawn equipment items. They DO loan specialty tools and most locations will turn brake drums/rotors for you!. If you change your own oil, they'll recycle the old dirty oil for you. They'll test your battery, alternator and some other systems for free.

I didn't even have to get my hands dirty. It's still pretty new (opened in summer 2021) so it's pretty clean and organized. I don't think anything sets this apart from another AutoZone as I've always had successful visits to this brand of store. The new plaza it's in also has a Chase Bank and an Urgent Care center. It's convenient to the Avalon Park area so not worth a special trip unless they're the only location left with a KFC scented air freshener or something else you really need in stock (blinker fluid, left handed oil filter wrench, or elbow grease)

I've been meaning to pop in and check it out. This location is HUGE and the staff are friendly and helpful. I was looking for options to add or modify my rear mirror in the MINI because when the top is down, it's actually obstructing a good part of my view since it sits so low. I couldn't find exactly the perfect solution but a gentleman there went to the car with me to see what I was working with and we decided on an adjustable stick-on mirror that's normally for blind spots, but I'm gonna see if I can mount it above the current mirror and get some better visibility. While it's been kind of a running joke that all Avalon needs is another tire or auto parts store, I can't complain having one so convenient to the house. It's walking distance and I see myself being much more of a regular with my latest car purchase. Glad to have them in the area!

I was without a car for a few weeks due to this company's incompetence and lies. Getting a refund was a nightmare! They tried so hard to tell me that the part was working... then they blamed the mechanic and wires. After ordering a new fan from a different company, it worked excellent. I returned the broken fan to Eco Green but I got only half of what I paid as a refund because they said the part I returned wasn't theirs! Although there is a serial number on it, they seem to be clueless or just greedy and money driven. I would never recommend them to anyone based on my horrendous experience.

Thank god my mechanic is amazing and was able to take parts from both (as well as purchase more parts) to essentially build a power tailgate. Would be nice if someone would at least call me back to acknowledge the error and the fact that I paid for a full power tailgate.
