I stopped by this AutoZone right when they open today. This AutoZone is the second store closest to me and I never been until today. I wanted to see what car detailing supplies they have here and I was also going to go to the grocery store in the same plaza as well. This store is in a plaza with a lot of parking but other people just park their car here and it gets very packed in the afternoon. When I walked inside the store, the car detailing supplies are on the right side next to the entrance. They have decent amount of brands to choose from like Griots, Adams, Chemical Guys, Meguiars and etc. I decided to go with Adam Car Shampoo and Adam Ceramic Tire Shine since it was on sale. I also walked around the store as well to see what they have. This store has a lot of productw to chooee from and you'll likely find what you need. I know a lot of people rag on the level of knowledge some of the staff has when it comes to auto parts and new information. I on the other hand had a great experience shopping at this location of AutoZone. While needing a part for my car I made an order online early in the morning. Before the store opened I received an email stating my order is ready for pick up. I was shocked that it was already available. Since I didn't have the chance to grab it as the store opened I came by a little later. As I walked in I was greeted. The place was empty and I just needed to know where I had to got to pick up an online order. The lady told me she could help. As I gave her my name she said that she remembered my order and was the one to fulfill it. I quickly made a comment on how quick she was to do that and was pleasantly surprised. Came to this location 06/10/25 at around 8:25am to return a Master inner tie rod set loaner tool and was assisted by a red shirt and a PSM who were unable to find the part number in their system. ( I've previously noticed that every time I ask for this store to look for my parts there is always an issue with finding said warranty. ) STORE MANAGER Karina took over and I thought I was in good hands. I knew I had purchased the loaner some time recently and knew it had to be under my BF's phone number (which was the very first one provided to the red shirt who couldn't find it) . I had the store manager check his # a second time and noticed that on the screen there was an alternate part number for the loaner tool with the same name: Master inner tie rod. When I pointed that alternate number(27346) out, she refused to listen to me and continued looking for the number on the box (57346). I explained that I knew for a fact that those two numbers were interchangeable and that I would like to be refunded. She declined me service and when proceeded to ask what the policy on loaner tool returns was, she smirked and said aggressively "Elizabeth, you've worked here before you know what the policy is". And so I explained again that she needed to refund me because I upheld my end of the policy which is to bring the loaner back before the 90 days. She again refused service, said I would need to go back to store of purchase and walked away to the back . When she returned she said she had spoken to District Manager Maria Novoa and Regional Manager John Toscano about the issue and that they would make sure I did not return the part anywhere else because I was making a "crooked return". Store Manager Karina claimed that because "it's all on file" of how I got fired for doing "crooked shit" that she was refusing my return. This was all in front of customers and other employees. This was a completely uncalled for response to the situation based off returning a loaner tool. This was furthermore a defamation of character in front of others. My time at Autozone as an Assistant store manager was cut short by the many shortcomings of district manager Maria Novoa and former SM Miguel at 5681. In short, I quit lol I was never fired. My resignation letter sits in a filing cabinet somewhere actually! On top of the defamation of my character.... Is it policy at Autozone for managers to be discussing terminations and reasons for termination with subordinates?? Again we were in front of customers and other employees. There used to be a joke in upper management at Autozone if you weren't doing your job correctly , "you'll get promoted to customer" By the end, Karina had called me stupid, ridiculous, childish, and had also tried calling police to get me out of the store. I was luckily able to get my money returned to my card right away at the store 5681 in San Fernando. The employees there were very surprised when I told them the reason for my return being denied at 4030 because everyone knew that the part numbers were alternates and were the same thing!! Lupe and all the employees there were super helpful and understanding while helping me out!! 10/10 customer service and will be continuing to go there now! Let's hope that Karina can learn her company's policy and more importantly parts and inventory better so she can live the pledge to the fullest extent!!! I believe Karina's lack of professionalism and customer service shows a lapse in training on how to successfully manage a business centered on customer satisfaction and more concerning, on how to have common sense. Karina: There is no shame with admitting you don't know something and then verifying that information with someone else to make sure. Especially when I'm telling you someone else already confirmed you were wrong... what IS wrong and IS shameful, is being ignorant and then accusing a customer you think you know by rumor and then defaming their character and calling the cops on them because you got told off on how you're wrong.... giirlll.... ‍‍ read more

I called and spoke with the manager, he said he had my part and would leave at register because I was already on my way there. The part was not at the register. She literally took me to an item that looked like what i asked for, kicked it with her foot and pointed at it with her foot and said "can i see it" like I don't understand why she didn't get it herself ? She was rude to point at it with her foot, children shouldn't be working there. She didn't know if the item she got was the one i showed her, we noticed it was a different color then the photo shown. Went the other day in the morning for oil and a filter and the girl who "helped" me was so rude. I had just gotten to the register and she asked model so I said the model then she rudely with and attitude told me "what year, how am I supposed to know what year?" Like I was so thrown away by her attitude and her expecting every costumer to know what to say or ask for. Next without even a second going by she's like "how am I supposed to know what you're here for, what are you here for?" Again with a really rude attitude. There's nothing better than being on hold for over 20 min (yes I waited a bit longer to give them time in case they were busy) and then realizing i was most likely forgotten. Well... this store says they are open from 7am everyday. I showed up at 7:25am and the doors are shut.

It's 1128pm. I've been here for 10 minutes and others have been here for longer. The door is locked, the staff are inside and no one has answered the phone, come to the door, or left a message on the glass explaining why they are closed prior to midnight. This is a hub, it's suppose to stay open until midnight. I wouldn't have wasted a drive here to try and get what I needed. Poor customer service. At least tell the people outside they are closed early for a reason. read more

Bought some struts for my car, but they didn't have them locally, so I had to schlepp across town, and of course in the USUAL AutoZone fashion, they forgot to put a huge nut in the box!! If I could give this place negative stars I would. The cashiers and the guy with the big nose and back brace on was completely rude and not helpful. He was even rude to his staff in front of customers. I came here as they are the only autozone near the valley that sells chains for tires, but get this, they don't know how to install them and no one can show you how to use them. How can a place sell products that their staff are not knowledgeable about and have no idea how to use?!?! Oh and if you open them and they don't fit or work right, you cannot refund them.
