They know their stuff, and they know all about your car: These older gentlemen are professional parts countermen, not cracking-voiced, well-meaning teenagers. The large library of catalogs that run the entire back shelves are a good indicator that these are not computer monkeys. They supply many auto repair shops in the area, and if they don't have the parts, they have multiple parts runners working all day who will go get them. They also stock proven parts; auto repair shops do not want customers to come back with a bad part, it costs them lots of money. However, if you just need oil or filters or car washing stuff or neon shift handles, you will be much better served by Pep Boys. Stay out of the Autozone; Kragen is decent. read more

Great experience with this place. Ordered 30 min pick up for a part for my husband's truck. The hours on here are correct! Because of Covid-19 they close at 6pm. However, on google and their official website it states they close at 7pm. Luckily a sales associate named Alex called us to give us a heads up and we were able to pick it up 2 minutes before 6pm. He could have easily refused us as some places do a few minutes before closing but he was patient with us and even had to reboot the system. Great service and my husband was pleased with the part. Order a part online to reserve in store because I need really needed this part and it was the only place that sold it, so I drove an hour and a half to come to come get it, after getting an email saying the part was ready to pickup, went inside to pick it up a worker said "oh I forgot to call you I'm sorry we don't even have the part" with no other explanation or any way he could help. I went there today to pick up a duster for my car, I go inside and I find the product I need without anyone asking me for help, I then proceed to try and pay for it, there's 3 people at the counter and they are all on the phone, it took about 10 minutes before someone actually helped me. I go to Abraham who rings me up, I pay with my debit card, and instead of giving me my card back in my hand, he puts it on top of the product without my knowing. I realize an hour later that I'm missing my debit card, I go back and check if It's there and the debit card is not there, I left my business card for Abraham to call me and he tells me he doesn't have it. He then tells me that he put my debit card on top of my duster, so it probably flew off somewhere as I was walking out, he then proceeds to tell me that he does all the time, and he's probably lost about 300 debit/credit cards of customers ever since he's been there. First off, why would you tell me that, is it a joke to you?! Why would you admit to purposely losing your customers personal cards. Second, how do you still work there if you've lost that many customer's credit/debit cards? This was my first and last time going to this location, my recommendation: go to OReilly not to far from there, I'm sure they have more competent employees who know to give your debit/credit card back in the customers hand. read more

NAPA on Victory is a relatively new addition to the Burbank auto parts scene. The people there are pleasant and appear to know their business. Their prices are competitive with the competition. The only negative is their somewhat awkward location. They have a decently-sized parking lot, but the entrance to the one-way only parking lot is from Victory near the busy Burbank Boulevard intersection, and is easy to miss. read more

Had in stock power steering fluid I used to only be able to get at my Mercedes dealer. Needed to get 12V dome lights in large quantity for a specialty lighting gag on a major commercial I worked on at the Staples Center. Called all of the major lighting companies that supply the motion picture industry as well as the Auto parts chains. No one had a clue. This used to be an independent parts store, but it is now owned by Napa. I bought some Napa "Premium" rotors 8 months ago at this location, and called because they had significant uneven wear after 8 months of daily light use. The lady who answered the phone could not have been more disinterested in helping me. When I told her my situation, she explained that it was impossible for rotors to be defective. I informed her that there was nothing wrong with my calipers, slide pins functioning properly, wheel bearing, etc, she again stated that it's "impossible for rotors to be defective". I asked her about the Napa warranty and she told me "There is no warranty." When I told her the Napa website plainly stated that there is a one year warranty, she said "oh yeah". There is a word for people like this...liars. I would steer clear of this location and I will be informing Napa corporate. There are too many parts stores both locally and online to waste your time here. read more
