Extremely helpful and nice. Helped me find everything I needed and get it installed on my car.

Went in to have my battery tested and sure enough needed a new one. They offered to install it for free to save me time. When the guy helping me got into it, he realized I had a bad battery cord as well, so he replaced that too after helping me find the right cord. Great service! Will be my first stop for parts in the future even though there happens to be a competitor parts store closer to my house. read more

Every time I go into my local Autozone, the service gets worse and worse. This past weekend, I needed a new battery. Charged my car battery, drove over to the store. 5 employees were standing around talking to one another. I asked for a battery, and the young guy said what size. I said, I don't know. He looked annoyed that I didn't know what size of a car battery I needed and that he needed to look it up. Get the battery, and usually they enter the info on your account so if something happens, you can have proof you bought it, expecially with a $196 battery. Nope, he said his computer was down and I would have to stop back in to have that entered. Then he gives me the battery. ( I am a lady, and have no clue about vehicles) I aske if someone was going to install it. His response was, NOPE. It is too cold outside. Meanwhile, it was 10 degrees in Minnesota. The other reviews were that they help no matter the temp. I ended up telling him to return the battery, and went somewhere else that installed it and was 75$ cheaper. I will be going somewhere else for my quick auto parts run. read more
