I had a very poor experience with the manager of Dahl Toyota today. I had posted a review of my…read moreexperience which I can no longer find. They must have removed it. Someone told me that I could post on Yelp. I had much difficulty in communicating and scheduling service at Dahl Toyota. I had tried to schedule by phone and the phone was always busy. I then scheduled online but never received a verification of my appointment. I tried to phone them numerous times and it was always busy. Finally I left a message to please tell me if I had an appointment. Someone did phone and verified that indeed I did have an appointment. Today, when I went in for my appointment, the service representative said they could not find my appointment. I expressed my frustration and they did take my car. I looked on the website to see if I could leave a written complaint to management. I could see no way to email them so I posted my dissatisfaction on their website. I was then called into the office of the manager to talk about my complaint. He proceeded to ask me numerous questions. I told him that I was 75 years old and could not remember details. I told him that this was not my problem but his. I said I did not want to discuss it any longer. I said I wanted my car. He proceeded to follow me to the service department and would not stop talking. I said I was done talking. He left with a throw away comment that I should be respectful to staff. I said that I was respectful and that verbalizing a complaint is not disrespect. He then stood there and would not leave until I left. I am not the person who was disrespectful in this episode. They have now removed my post from their website.
