My two main concerns were price as well as turnaround time. The dealer was quoting at least 3 days and I'm just out of warranty so I get that I'm not exactly going to be a VIP customer. It was a Wednesday morning and I had plans for Friday afternoon. The man that answered told me to bring it in and he'd let me know. I had rear brakes, rotors and a caliper replaced all for a decent price. He also was able to complete it the same day. That was the most exciting part for me. They also do a typical check of all your fluids and topped off my oil. It is safe to say that I have found a go-to place in the Saginaw area.

Now, I am left with…read morethe same problem that brought me into Dex originally, and am told by a new auto service center that I need it replaced again and the previous replacement was very shotty, low quality work and equipment and that is why it went to shit in less than two years from when Dex replaced mine. Sucks, a lot of money.
