That's when the manager on duty stepped in and saved me the trip by giving me the higher priced pads at the lower price. Very much appreciated and a great example of excellent customer service. They had been to O"Reillys to get a auto part, and were treated very rudely. I don't know who waited on them but he was so disrespectful. The older gentleman spoke some english and he said at O'Reillys the person waiting on them kept saying, "don't speak spanish" don't speak spanish". This person had total disregard and obviously just wanted them to leave. My husband did help them and they were so thankful and kind and said to him, God bless you. Let me tell you this is what is so wrong in our world. People like this working in a customer service position and treating people that are of a different race and don't speak good english don't have a chance. My husband said they looked so hurt and defeated. He would not walk into this O'Reilly Auto Part store ever. The owner needs to train his employees to treat customers with dignity and respect. No one deserves this. I don't want to have to give any stars, I would give 0 but cannot post this unless I give 1 star.

I did stop in this morning and indeed the part was in. I did not have my receipt with me to prove I had prepaid for the part. Their records indicated I did not pay. As one might expect, they would not give me the part. After returning home I did find the receipt proving I had paid. When I returned they had discovered, somehow, that payment had been made. I am very curious what happened between my showing up without the receipt and their showing NO payment, and my returning with the receipt and their SHOWING payment. Me ; "I come here all the time" Advanced; "I don't know you at all" I MAY go back in the future. ME; "It is not about the part." "It is about a customer relationship, and trust." I get it. My aunt doesn't speak English, so she wanted me to go with her since I was in town so I could help translate. Based off of our experience here, the owners of Asian American Auto took great care of us & her car! I don't know much about cars, but they made sure to explain everything to me thoroughly so I could pass on the message to my aunt. My aunt told me that she's been quoted higher prices from other repair shops in the past & the same issue would arise once again within that same week as if they never even fixed it... So far, her car has been fine after 2 weeks & we're both happy with the overall experience! You get the bang for the buck! Highly recommend.
