Which they wouldn't open for a customer. I spoke with obviously frightened individual thru a glass window. When I asked if they work on Japanese made cars. It was explained to me that they did not. (Despite their business being titled asian automotive) in addition I was told that they were not taking on any new customers. Lies of this magnitude cannot go announced. So here I am making a review of this place. One thing is certain... I will Never return.

They also offer household goods, clothing and other retail items not common in a store of this type. There are a few gas pumps out front and some quick parking if just grabbing a quick bite. They now have to have the Savannah police at the door and a manager to control the amount of people entering the store. While waiting over 30 minutes, several men tried to get in front of us rudely by pushing and shoving. After finally getting in, the food counter had no control over the process or their staff. The lines were insanely long and wait times over 30 minutes for food that was just sitting on the counter. There was no structure whatsoever. The place also was not clean in the drink and bakery area. It will be a long time before I return. I understand the theft issue, but the staffing and structure issue didn't help. I have never witnessed this in the past, after coming in multiple times during these hours.

After being out in the yard for about two hours and 96° heat, I really wanted a red Powerade. So I put my card up to it and ordered the Powerade it approved. My card went through. Nothing came out the machine. As to not frazzle the already frantic old lady that runs the place I simply asked for change from my $20. Mind you this place collects three dollars per person for every entry into the yard. Not only was I told to just have the water that was free, but I was met with eyes rolling and sighs From what seems to be the new GM!(old Latin woman with a piss poor attitude!! ) So much so that I felt the need to just leave and say screw the Powerade and my money already spent in the machine as this was causing her undue stress that I didn't need to invoke on a senior citizen on what is only the second day of the work week. These people make it really hard to shop local and not go over to LKQ where they give you service with a smile and help you with the Powerade's in the machine. Let us not forget that you aren't paying us to take your old used parts, we're paying you to take your old used car parts that we take off the cars and pay an outrageous premium for so stop being so mean and hateful to your customers and maybe appreciate them Instead of making them feel so uncomfortable that they say screw their money and leave. Don't worry, I will not be coming back. God hates ugly but he sure made a hell of a lot of it.

At the store, it installed within five minutes, free of charge. The location was perfect. Slightly off of Victory where there a few businesses so less traffic and good sized parking lot. Die Hard Batteries have a 3 year warranty . It was also cheaper in the store than price online. I chose this franchise because they have numerous stores in case I need servicing. One minor ding, was the clerk spelled my name wrong even after I corrected her. I normally wouldn't mind but it is on the receipt, which acts as a warranty.
