With my wife newly taking up the sport, it made sense. Unfortunately due to COVID, inventories of used carts are very low. We arrived at a time when there seemed to be at least 10 others in the showroom and not enough staff to assist everyone. The receptionist was very nice and apologized, but asked us to be patient. Shortly aftewards, Mac Andrews, the owner, sat down with us to discuss our options. We found a very nice E-Z Go cart which was in excellent condition. It didn't take very long, but we made the deal right there. This is a family owned business and Mac's son Ben would be the person listed as the head of sales. We took the cart for a quick test drive through the parking lot and fell in love immediately. As a family owned business, they work extra hard for customer satisfaction. Mac asked if we wouldn't mind letting them work on polishing the cart, adding new batteries and all new tires before delivering to our door. One week later, we now have a great cart. Bruce is the person who works with Mac and Ben who delivered the cart and went over every detail from upkeep to standard maintenance. They offer a $99 package to do a full annual check up after 1 year. We'll definitely take them up on it. Great job!!

They have always been honest and straightforward. But if I needed something explained they took the time to truly explain and give options. And not upsell items that were unnecessary. The auto repair shop is located on Habersham street. It is close to Green Truck. There is a limited amount of parking, you most likely will have to park on the street. The office/lobby is small but gets the job done. I would not suggest waiting for your vehicle there. I would make plans to go elsewhere and come back. Every person I have spoken to has always been helpful and kind. Mr. Parrish himself is incredibly knowledgeable. When describing sounds to him it is amazing how he knows what is wrong with your vehicle. They are open Monday through Friday. And keep normal business hours. There is a drop off box for keys for evenings/weekends if something happens when they are not there.

All Pro Tire Pros (The shop that is so professional, they had to list it twice in their name, lol. There has got to be a reason, but why, I have no idea, so ask as you'll have about 45 minutes waiting for you alignment to be done), were they provided you excellent work at a reasonable price. Justin did a great job as I watched him work the phone, calling customers back with a happy and pheasant demeanor letting one know, they can get the part they needed, another, after first calling the mechanic he was going to recommend to them to confirm he wanted the job, that while All Pro Tire Pros could not help them, Justin could recommended a mechanic and a solution, that would handle the problem for them, and finally, sadly another customer that they could not help but recommended the "dreaded" dealer (not mine of course, I'm ok, lol) as their only option. I got to experience GREAT customer service, live and in color! Yea, it's always the little things that mean so much to many of us. You want service? Instead of dealing with a call center in India, or the Philippines where an English speaking name is used to mask their identity so they can tell you "no", over and over again. Yea, it's like that! Then take your ride to All Pro Tire Pros in Bluffton for tires, an alignment, or just about any other mechanical issue your transportation poses because then can feel the satisfaction, and enjoyment of feeling like a valued customer.
