Yeah they may be 10 dollars more expensive for the service I needed but I was in and out in under 10 mins, well worth it. Everyone was professional and very kind. Don't let them inside your vehicle. I dropped my mother off to have her nails done at a salon near Jiffy Lube. She left her pocket book in the back seat on the driver side. I drove straight to Jiffy Lube. One employee went inside the vehicle to change the air filter. I remained in the vehicle. Another employee distracted me from the one inside the vehicle by asking me my name, address, and phone number. When I was done with the oil change I left picked up my mother, and went to a nearby restaurant. The pocket book was missing. No one else had been in the car. And when he got his truck back it cost him $6000. to repair the damage. But... no worries he got a free oil change worth about $200. and some change. My husband decided he was overdue for an oil change and dropped by Jiffy Lube on Whitemarsh Island, GA - east of Savannah - on August 8, 2025. He has been there before with no complaints. He waited approximately 40 minutes before being helped due to a manpower shortage. Seems that someone called out sick on a Friday - imagine that! - which left one employee covering the entire day, the entire store. That being said, my husband gives Isabella H. (Asst. Manager) kudos and an A+ for both her effort and professionalism. She did need assistance with removal of the oil cap which my husband helped with, but he said she was trying her best. He gives her 5 stars, but can only give the store 4 stars because of the staffing issue, they did not have the high mileage oil Isabella offered him, nor the additive for high mileage vehicles. Isabella offered both to my husband, but after looking, advised they were OUT. He chuckled a little, but got through the oil change without further issues. In total, he was there for well over an hour both waiting to be serviced and then serviced. He was impressed with Isabella's tenacity and kindness. While staffing issues have become common since COVID, we believe paying front-line personnel a higher wage might help management find staff willing to do this type of work. read more

I called before I drove there to make sure they were open (post hurricane Helene) & he told mw "Yes, come anytime! No appointment needed!". When I arrived, he told me it was going to be at least a 1 hour wait because it was only him & 1 other guy working & there were like 4 cars already there parked with nobody in them. You couldn't have cared to tell me this on the phone before I went out of my way? Poor business decision in my opinion... Then he told me to go to another location. Haven't used Jiffy Lube in Savannah before, but really valued the one I used in Tampa. Have been having my oil changes at Toyota, but it's always such a production: takes forever even with an appointment and the constant upcharging, so in a rush decided to check out this Jiffy, and glad I did. Found a Groupon for 50% off, and they accept other shops coupons up to $15 off. I was skeptical after some negative reviews on Google (who?), but decided to go. First, the staff could not have been more pleasant, accommodating and patient (as I struggled to locate my Groupon) . Another customer said he uses them all the time and thought they were great, efficient and fast too. Jashamel completed my oil change, topped the fluids , inspected the key items and vacuumed my car in less than 40 minutes. We discussed the negative reviews and he explained there was a period of several different managers there, and that had to do with the complaints. He didn't deny them which I respected, but offered an explanation and how it was changed. Super satisfied, check them out, and Jiffy give the man a raise:) read more

OMG. I'm a reasonable guy, but the service here was abysmal. The woman servicing my car shouted out to 'start the engine to check pressure' so I did. Turns out she was yelling at the guy in the other bay. She then came around and TOOK MY KEYS FROM ME. Then proceeded to put my keys on a shelf outside my car. Like I was a child! There was absolutely no personal interaction whatsoever - a robot could've been servicing my car. I will never return to this location. read more

UPDATE: By way of history, i brought my fiances car in for an oil change and routine check up. As she is visiting from 500 miles away, it was important that her car be checked properly before she returning to virginia. Although the receipt clearly shows that her tire pressure and engine were checked yesterday, she is now stranded on the side of the road (4 hours away) with a flat tire caused by a low pressure leak that any competent mechanic would have caught had they actually bothered to perform the services that they OVER-CHARGED for. Not only did this location charge a ridiculous amount for basic services, but it now appears that they didnt ever perform the services for which they charged. For the love of all things good, and, if you value your care, and, apparently, your safety, do not bring your car here. read more

The guys that work here are so friendly and helpful! I'm currently waiting for the work to get finished on my tires and they really helped me out. I had a tire emergency right before leaving on a trip and they did everything in their power to get me on my way-- and even better, they succeeded! After a stressful morning they really eased my mind with my car problems. Not only did they drive to pick up the tire so I didn't have to wait, they also rotated my tires around so my newer tires were on the back free of charge. I can't say enough how wonderful they have been!! They made a frustrating and stressful situation much much better through their efficiency, professionalism, and great conversation! read more

I edited my original post. I went to a Jiffy Lube and didn't get a service I felt they should have been able to perform. I am changing my review and rating because they responded with a considerate message. While I believe they could have and should have performed my basic safety inspection for me instead of turning me away in favor of greater money making opportunities, I reflect that what they do beyond their brand model isn't for me to decide and they are in business to do quick turns. Do not go to this business if you value your car. I have always been suspicious of franchise auto services, simply because the emphasis is on quick profit and absolutely nothing else. My last visit to this business did nothing to change my attitude. I have heard horror stories of car parts falling off customer cars after an oil change and it finally happened to me. When I contacted management, I got the response I expected, "You musta hit somethin." A case like this is nearly impossible to prove unless the part falls off before the car leaves the service bay, but this particular part is held on by no fewer than eight fasteners. There was no damage to the mounting holes. End result: I'm out over $100 in parts plus the exorbitant cost of the original service. I've learned a valuable lesson, however. If you can't do it yourself, take your car to a competent mechanic that you trust. Take the time to find one. read more

They would not allow me to put conventional oil in my car because the manufacturer apparently calls for some synthetic only. Good oil change...puddle of fluid under my truck when they were done. A mile down the road, I realized I had no brakes....they had broken a rear brake line while working on the truck. Yeah, it's an old truck, yeah, it's my problem and yeah, I know all that. All I got was a tough luck buddy and see you later. Soon as I pull into my regular service station, they start telling me other stories about broken parts. Once you are out the door, the problems are yours. I wish I could give them 0 stars. This place is horrible. I had been getting my car serviced at the Toyota dealership and my co-worker suggested this was a decent place to take my car for a quick oil change. Well, by the time I made it home all of the oil had leaked out of my car. I went back up there the next day to be told I have a hole in my oil pan, which I'd never heard before. The guy informed me he would glue the hole to keep the oil in but suggested I purchase an oil pan ($94.99) at Auto Zone and have a mechanic replace it. I took my car to a LICENSED MECHANIC only for him to tell me and SHOW ME the guys lied. There is no hole in my oil pan, only a dent, and he believes they did not screw the cap on initially which is why I lost all of the oil. I had never been told any such thing by Toyota and could have damaged my entire engine due to their sorry work. IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR TO BE RUINED, this is the place to go! HORRIBLE! read more

Do not use this establishment! The staff charged my son $60 for wiper blades and they didn't even put them on his car! We returned the blades only to find out that they charged my card an additional $98.02 and they said they are sorry but they can't put it back on my card, only headquarters can do that. I have talked to every manager who is really sorry but can't help me. A really crappy oil change on a Honda Civic cost $150 and they admit I was over charged but refuse to pay me a refund. Horrible!! Can I only get what I come for please!!!!!!!! First I pull up and it was like three or four employees sitting at a table outside. They all jump up quickly to service me! Okay Great. I'm thinking what a great choice/place. Well, Not one and I mean not one of them speak to me or my daughter the entire visit. The employee says to me your keys, we got it from here. Now I'm like really. Then he comes back and jibbers something that I had no clue as to what he said. So I say I didn't hear you and he says come here. I go to where he wants and he is showing me two filters that needed to be replace. So I asked the price and decided to go somewhere to get them replaced. I asked him about the coupon deal like a thousand times. Also time whole time he was talking to me about the filters another guy was acting like he was checking my tires but was making sure the guy was trying to get me to replace my filters with Jiffy Lube. So they are finish with my car, I pay and the guy still does not use the coupon. So I asked for the thousandth time and he says you got to go online. So my daughter shows him two different online coupon codes. He says I hope it scans and picks the lesser one. FINE! Well guess what the online coupons works. No goodbyes, thank you, hope to see you. Nothing. Take the payment and Done. P.S. My paperwork says they vacuum floors, wash exterior windows, and that my hood was damaged. NONE OF THAT IS TRUE!!! Plus they messed up my glove compartment getting that filter out I think and didn't even put my things back in it. And they didn't even want to use a coupon.
