It was a very fast and proffessional service. *** My review is about the customer service of auto tek and NOT about their products. Back in March (2016) I brought my car in to get it tinted. Total 5 windows tinted. Goes as planned and they finished in about 3.5 hours, excellent. 2 days later the back tint starts to roll. I go back to the shop and have them fix the problem. While fixing the problem, they noticed a defect on the left tint and decide to re do it. A week later and I notice small particles trapped under the tinting of the side tint and also some air pockets from the back tint. I bring it BACK to the shop but they said I need to set up an appointment almost a month later to get it fixed. During the examination of the defects one of the guys said he'd rather not have to redo the back window.. And rather leave the particles trapped between the tinting. (They eventually redid them both.) I left with my appointment scheduled and I went back in May. They finished in about 2 hours but the amount of scratches on my rear brake lights is unbearable. to this day I have not returned to get it fixed. But there are still some tiny bubbles on the back window.

The guy then ask me do I know the size of battery,I said no,then he ask me do I have the receipt ,I said no.Then he said we can put battery on cars no more. I didn't ask him to put no battery in my car.i walked to check my information on battery ,then noticed on the window that they check batteries I walked back in and ask could he check my battery he looked at me like you see it's almost to for me go.After that he walked out so slow, and told me I need to pull my car up and wasn't a little bit from the curb,he say can I pull up .I ask him are you serious ..And the 2 ladies walked out like they about to do something .What I am saying hiring some people who want to help your customer ,the 3 people you have suck.I went to forest park,I had no problem .

But I've always found staff to be knowledgeable and helpful. No nonsense. For instance, I recently found an older, Napa Gold oil filter in my garage that fit a car I recently sold. I called the store and Sandra quickly confirmed the filter was for the old car, and that they could exchange it for a new filter for me plus or minus whatever the nominal price difference was. Turns out they owed me 50¢. This store lacks the hype and the glitz you'll find at other major auto parts stores. But their people will make sure you get what you need.

Customer Service Complaint - AutoZone Store #725 (GA-42, McDonough, GA)…read more I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service we received at AutoZone Store #725 on GA-42 in McDonough, Georgia. Before driving to the store, we called to get a price quote for replacement headlights for our **2014 Infiniti QX80**. We spoke with **Gireesha S., Sales Manager**, and specifically asked for the price of the headlights. She repeatedly stated, **three separate times**, that "all headlights range from $20 to $35." To make sure there was no misunderstanding, we asked again and even confirmed that we were asking about a 2014 Infiniti QX80. Each time, she assured us that all headlights fell within that price range. Based on that information, we drove approximately 4.7 miles to the store with the intention of purchasing the headlights. Upon arriving, another associate assisted us. Instead of guessing, he looked up the correct part and informed us that the headlights cost significantly more than what we had been quoted over the phone. We explained that we had just spoken with Gireesha, who repeatedly quoted us a price range of $20-$35. The associate brought Gireesha to the front. Before she approached us, we overheard her telling the associate, "I know, I know, I told them wrong." When she spoke with us, she admitted she had quoted the wrong price and then asked if we had said it was for a BMW. We never mentioned a BMW, and she never asked for the year, make, or model before giving us the incorrect pricing. Instead, she simply repeated that "all headlights were $20-$35". While Gireesha did acknowledge that she made the mistake, she refused to honor the price she had quoted. Her explanation was that the store was busy and that she made an error. However, if the store was too busy to provide accurate information, she should have taken a moment to look up the correct part rather than repeatedly providing incorrect pricing. A simple lookup could have prevented us from making an unnecessary trip. Gireesha then contacted the store's General Manager, **Bailey**, for guidance. Unfortunately, Bailey was dismissive and unwilling to consider the situation, even after being told that Gireesha admitted the mistake. Bailey immediately refused to honor the quoted price and showed little interest in resolving the issue. When I stated that I intended to submit a complaint, her response made it clear that she simply did not care. The only resolution offered was a 10% discount, but that does not address the real issue. This complaint is not about the money. It is about accountability, professionalism, and honoring commitments made to customers. When a manager repeatedly provides incorrect information and admits the mistake, the company should take responsibility instead of expecting the customer to absorb the inconvenience. As a customer, I expect honesty, accountability, and respect. Instead, we experienced poor communication, indifference, and a complete lack of customer care from store management. I hope AutoZone will review this incident, provide additional customer service training for the managers involved, and reinforce the importance of verifying information before quoting prices to customers. Most importantly, I hope AutoZone encourages its managers to take ownership of their mistakes and make reasonable efforts to resolve customer concerns. Thank you for your time and attention. I look forward to your response.
