This place is terrible! I bought a transmission for 1000 dollars, had it shipped to me and have…read morehad nothing but problems with it. It came incomplete first of all without the torque converter which every transmission comes with. It was taken apart and put back together improperly, damaging the seals. Also, they stripped out several bolt holes in the transmission where it needed to be put back together. This is a 10 hour job to do because the engine has to come out to replace the transmission. There is no way I could have known they took it apart and put it back together wrong until after it was installed. So, I had to do the job twice AND fix all the stripped out bolt holes as well as replace the broken seals and all the fluids. I called them and they were unwilling to pay for my time and the additional parts. I would NEVER buy parts from them again and don't think anyone else should either!!!!!

I was told I couldn't pay cash to buy freon with the company I'm on file with. Then I was told I couldn't pay cash at all for freon! WHAT? I have to have a credit line with Napa to buy freon!
