I went in for my FIRST service for the Vehicle since I purchased back in 7/10/19 it was 6 months. My wife and I don't drive that much maybe 2,400 miles a year... I just wasn't impressed with the Service Dept. don't get me wrong, the employees were great, It's just the Service I thought wasn't up to par... He went over with me the paper of what they did, now remember it's been Six Months, told me rotate, I didn't need to at this time, I'm not a mechanic, but another 6 months, will be a year... Over all it's just I've had better Service above what I expected...Goodie Motor has a 99.00 Service which includes tire rotation, they rotate each time I went there at 3 month Service, even a car wash....I have 2 more service left then I will go back to the other places...I remember back in the 60's and 70's Wills was great... read more

I drove several hours from out of state to look at a Toyota 4Runner. I made the long journey to buy the car but It was bait and switch. So many undisclosed issues like paint issues, loose front bumper, loud wheel bearing/worn tire, alignment. When I mentioned that the vehicle wasn't as described, Blake said "it is expected for a used $28k vehicle to not be perfect." While that statement is true, I was not looking for a perfect car, I was looking for a reasonable car. I then told them that I would need a discount to repair the undisclosed issues the vehicle had. They said they cannot go down, In fact, if they do, it would mean a lower tradein value for my vehicle which ultimately means they did nothing to help the situation and literally tried to even it out. Test drive began with salesman Blake driving to a convenient store parking lot, then he asked me to switch seats so I could test drive. He mentioned it was their policy that only the salesperson drive the vehicle out of the lot, then allowing the customer to test drive it back to their lot. Never heard of this before and seems disingenuous to not allow the full round trip for the customer to test out a $28k vehicle. I then requested to speak to the sales manager. Mr Blake, the salesman who assisted me went back and forth from his desk to the managers office, ultimately returning with the same results. I was advised the manager is "currently working on multiple things and is busy." Which tells me he doesn't want to own up to the dealership's mistakes and accommodate a sitting customer with funds ready on hand.Just to clarify, Blake sent me a short walkaround video, where he began pointing at a couple areas on the hood where paint was touched up, however, I evidently found out that the paint used was the wrong shade of white. The vehicle had a pearl white paint exterior and the touch up paint was a base white, which is different. It wasn't even done correctly with a tiny brush, it was smeared with someone's finger, as they glided the wrong paint around the rock chips, but failed to fill the crater left by the chip itself. After pointing at the hood, Blake cotninued to talk about the features it has. What I was more concerned with, is the rest of the body's condition. After not disclosing the remaining issues, I was certain he would stand by any shortcomings from hiding the new issues i found out about. Finally, when I arrived, I saw it pulled up to the front of the dealership. I immediately saw the front paint damage that was touched up on the hood, however, they discounted the severity of the problem, because there were multiple areas with touch up paint, including the hood, driver's front door, the tailgate, and more. I also noticed that the front bumper was separating from the top corners, indicative of prior replacement (fit and finish won't be like Toyota), loose rivets, or the vehicle may have recently collided with an object or another car. Yes, it had a "clean" Carfax with 3 owners but I do not trust carfax since not everything gets reported. Carfax works for the dealer, not you. The finance manager "Guillermo" said he'd rather sell it locally there when I mentioned that I would appreciate it if they could work with me on a deal, since I am a committed buyer driving far (8hrs). This is the same Guillermo who had to be educated on why prepaid maintenance program is also honored at my local Toyota. He wanted to charge me a fee in the selling price, not allow me to opt out, and still require me to drive 8hrs for this service plan which includes oil changes and tire rotations. Blake corrected him, rightfully so, but the alarming fact is that he was certain he was right in the first place. Considering his position as "finance manager" Guillermo should have known better. A bit condescending and arrogant in my assessment. salesman was kind and responsive to my questions but it would have been nice to know those things before driving 8hrs. I don't recommend Wills Toyota for used cars if you don't want hidden problems and disappointments. What a shame. read more

Lied about the cars condition, covered a massive hood mark with garbage touch-up paint, refused to work with me on price, and only offered a cheap paint pen to "fix" the damage. They sold me a warranty they didn't understand, lied about starting the ceramic coating just 30 minutes after (which was complete BS--they took 2 months to send me the title), and dragged the nightmare on for 3 months. When I pointed out the hood damage, they refused to work with me on price and only offered a cheap paint pen to "fix" the damage. Every professional I spoke to said the entire hood would need repainting to fix it properly, which would be around $500. On top of that, I bought an extended warranty sold to me as a 6-year, 100k-mile bumper-to-bumper. The sales manager didn't even know the details -- turns out it was only 4.5 years and 93k miles. They don't know what they're selling, and they don't care. I changed my mind about the ceramic coating within 30 minutes, but the sales manager lied outright when he said they had already started it. The real joke? They took two whole months to send me the title. The ceramic coating was never started on time, and when it was finally done, it was garbage -- sloppy and unprofessional. The whole nightmare lasted THREE MONTHS after the sale. Avoid the sales manager RICH JEREZ at all costs -- he doesn't know what he's selling. Don't be fooled by their friendly attitudes or the 4.9-star reviews they probably paid for. Had been going here for two years for service on my 2017 Sequioa but won't be going back after my last appointment. Went in to get the brakes inspected and tires rotated. They found that the rotors were slightly warped and asked if I wanted them replaced. I said no because it wasn't an emergency and too expensive for me at the time so I just had them do the tire rotation. After the service, I should've triple checked their work. Because working on the vehicle now, I found there are two different sized lugs on one wheel, a missing locking lug, and all of the lug nuts were tightened to an unsafe and irresponsible point. It took a 4' leverage to loosen the lugs! read more

UPDATE: To the person who responded to my review. The head gasket does not need repair. The engine oil cooler needs repair and needs a coolant flush due to the coolant being contaminated. The service advisor called the warranty company, and they do not cover it. The car was overheating because of this issue, and it should not be driven because of the risk of it blowing a head gasket. I should have been sent home with a safe ride but like I mentioned it is on me and is my responsibility to know more about the mechanics of a car so that I can make the right decisions on purchasing a vehicle. I did return Mr. Brown phone call and left a voicemail. As for the price of the vehicle we will have to agree to disagree on the value. The salesman was great and nice, but he was also trying to sell us the vehicle which is his job. One of his coworkers though was shady. I have not made the first payment and there is an oil leak into the engine cooler. I now have to get $1500 in repairs for the damage. We are very lucky it did not blow a head gasket in this short time. You think times have changed and they learn to be honest especially towards women. I take responsibility for purchasing a vehicle as is. Also their finance guy was not the greatest either. Really likes to make you feel like he is above and better than you. Third car I buy there and this will be the last. Also I am going to add that as I read through the bad reviews and how the dealership responds to those they really do sound condescending. But one comment that I did see is how they price their "as is" vehicles adequately. I am fully responsible for not researching the KBB of the vehicle. It was way over priced for it. So I bought a used dodge ram. Stellar truck. Feels like new and in good shape. I bought the warrantee as suggested. A month later the transmission goes bad. I gave them my truck to work on and they had my truck for over 3 weeks. They told me they would handle the situation and outsource the repair to another shop because they can't fix it themselves. It turns out they left me out hung to dry. I still don't have a warranty claim filed, the pawned me off to another shop, made me drive the truck with a broken transmission all the way to Burley, and are now taking no responsibility for what's going on. This is my primary vehicle, I've missed thx giving with my family out of state, and they simply don't care. I've been super nice, patient, and understanding. But at the end of the day they've just washed their hands of the situation and now I'm having to just deal with it. So now I'm trying to figure out how to navigate this warranty company, something they should have experience with. But they themselves don't. So if you by a used car there, you are taking your chances and hoping the vehicle has no issues because wills Toyota definitely don't have your back or come even close to trying to fix it. EDIT... After asking multiple time what is the deal with the rental fleet vehicles I was told only - it is a way for us to get more vehicles on the lot. Nothing was said about extra down payment to cover the rental period. Complete deception and terrible sales practice. Move on to a dealer that is honest and upfront in thier sales practices. Original- Found a vehicle online, sent a request via thier website. Spoke to a sales man one the phone about the vehicle that I had a trade and would be financing. Took a day off work drive the hour and a half to the dealership. Looked at the few vehicles they had and the one I was interested in. Sales man came out and could only show us 1 vehicle at a time. I asked if there were any other he said no. I asked why they had pre-owned vehicles with 2 miles on them he wasn't sure and another guy said it was a way to get them on the lot through thier rental program. Sat down and after an hour and a half the came back with an offer. It actually wasn't available for purchase but I could rent it for 4 months at $2500 and would need to bring it in every month to check the mileage. So I would need to put $10k down drive 3hours out of my way every month. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! A family member bought a Land Rover that is 1 year old. I was with the family member At the time of the purchase. Because I am familiar with the mechanics of vehicles, I personally asked them if the vehicle had been gone through, if there was any maintenance done to it or if the oil was changed recently. These sales individual reassured us time and time again that they go through each and every vehicle when they get them, prior to selling them and do a full maintenance check. We recently took the vehicle in to have the tires rotated and balanced. The mechanic at leschwab found that the lug nut had been cross threaded so badly that it could not be put back on and a new one would have to be ordered from the dealership. Then they told us that someone previously had taken a sledgehammer to the brakes and had sheared off a metal piece such that the metal was rubbing up against the tire, that was then put back on the vehicle. As if nothing was wrong. We ordered the lug nuts from land rover Boise yesterday, we got them today. We took them to leschwab and was then told that the entire wheel hub component would have to be replaced because the lug was crossed threaded so badly that the new lug nuts would no longer fit on the bolt securely. When trying to reach out to Twin Falls Toyota about this, we have gotten nothing but the run around so far, are still waiting for a call back from the actual manager and we were shamed for taking the vehicle to have its typical maintenance done on it, by the assistant manager. Initially, I had reached out to Hank Wills the Owner, to discuss available 2021 Toyota Tacomas, sent over the specs and within minutes he responded! Hank gave a few great recommendations on upgrades that would actually shorten the time it would take to get a Truck to the dealership, and emailed the notes right away! The sales man proceeded to insult us 3 different ways. He stated that "smart" customers were pre-ordering cars and that they did not have one there because it was "coming" I stated I knew that but wanted to see if they had one we could look at because we have 3 different carseats/boosters. He then went on to say we could look at the highlander. I wasn't interested because of the small trunk when the 3rd row is up. WORST DEALER EVER !!! I was told when I bought a used vehicle that they go through the vehicle thoroughly from top to bottom before they sell it. I bought a 2020 used vehicle and only had it for less then a month, when I had the tires rotated and balanced as I do with all vehicles, when Les Schwab discovered that 1 of the wheels lug nuts had been totally stripped and it could not be safely put back on, also someone had taken a hammer to the break pad. When I called Wills Toyota to talk to a manager I was connected to the Online Sales Manager "Dusty". He proceeded to shame me for taking the car in for tire rotation and balance, not 1x did he ask me for photos or reports, or ask me to bring it in so they could look at it. I was then told that one of the owners/managers would call me back. No CALL. I also had asked for last date of oil change and they would not give me this information. This vehicle then cost me $800.00 to take it to a dealer to fix the wheel, bearing and lug nut, also 1 day of my time and 4 hours to drive to Boise and back to have work done right. I would never recommend anyone buy from this dealership ever !!! After reply from GM/Owner at Wills Toyota, I replied: It really amazes me to this very moment how you and your organization lack the basic customer service skills needed to insure a good customer experience. Instead of taking the time to right this review, you should have picked up the phone and called me directly, the individual that made the purchase from you !!! The "Owner/GM" Hank is the reason I will NEVER purchase from the dealer ever again. I was having some mechanical issues with my vehicle that has less than 10k miles on it. I had taken it to the dealer for the 8th time for the same issue and the service staff was working very hard. I asked to speak the GM, and was told "he is busy" to come speak to me. I went into the sales office and asked for him, a salesman intercepted me and said he would talk to the GM/owner. I could see them speaking through the glass windows/door of the GM/Owners office as he looked directly at me when he told the salesman "i don't know what he wants me to say about his issue, just tell him the maintenance manager will handle the issue...." This "owner" of the business didn't seem to think it was necessary to simply step out of his office and greet a customer that was having an issue. All he needed to do was simply say, "I understand you are having an issue, we have the best maintenance manager in the business and he is going to make sure you are ok. If you need anything please feel free to stop by anytime." I would never do business with this dealer again if this is the level of treatment I got from the owner. No Thanks read more

Appointment disappeared "in the system" and then found its way back to three weeks in the future. No apology. No offer to assist. I can't say enough about the quality of customer service I receive when I take my car in for service. Even for just a oil change I'm made to feel like a VIP! I love that I can put my 2004 4Runner (and my previous 4Runner) in their hands and know that they are going to ensure everything is going to be done right, down to the smallest detail. I totally rely on these guys to keep my car in tip top shape. I have not been disappointed in the 15 years I have been going there! Everyone I have have come in contact with are all phenomenal! I've never felt pressured in having work done that wasn't absolutely needed. They always explain in detail any issues found by the mechanic and leave it up to me if I want to have it fixed. They asked how much I owed on my truck and I said I'm not sure honestly (because I didn't know how much I owed for sure) they repeatedly asked on how much I owed until I looked it up online. I told them I just wanted to know how much on trade in to see if I wanted to finance another truck through them. I told them about 12k is what I owed. The manager came out and said we need all the puzzle pieces to give you amount on trade in I said okay what do you want to know he said how much do you owe exactly I said 11,750 is that really a big deal to know exact numbers? And he said okay I can give you 11,000 trade in. Kinda sketchy to me. Not friendly AT ALL! Sounded like they wanted to know exact numbers to low ball me. It's all about Kevin, the service manager. I've told him he is never allowed to retire. Their hourly rates are a bit high but the work is good and I feel they usually go above and beyond. More importantly, I feel that they treat their customers with respect and honesty. They take care of three of our vehicles and none rarely need more than standard maintenance. Even the two cars we bought from them were a more pleasant experience than we were expecting. One knock, I tried for years to get them to find me a used Land Cruiser and they couldn't get what I wanted. Finally had to buy one (a Lexus version) from a Utah Lexus dealer. However, guess who does the maintenance? Kevin and his crew. If you can love a car dealer, this is one of them. Why not 5 stars? I don't want this review to go to their heads... ;o) read more

Absolutely terrible, the most heartless people I've ever dealt with. Jake our salesman was so unhelpful and had no interest in helping us. Back story- we bought a used 2010 dodge and were happy for about 2 weeks, 14 days with the truck. Then it wouldn't start , wouldn't turn over nothing. Of course they wanted no part in that and Jake gave us the excuses that it's not their problem to fix. So we had to go through a local shop. 1,000 for a new PCM. Well fast forward to a few small problems we fixed and now we have a new problem that should have been 100% the dealerships problem to fix. Our fob works but the key to manually unlock the door is not cut for this vehicle. My truck has no battery and will not unlock with the fob. Jake made it clear that it was my responsibility to pay to get it cut because I drove off the lot. I highly recommend somewhere else with more generous people. WORST, WORST, WORST costumer service I have EVER experienced! I recently tried to buy a 2021 RAV 4 XSE and it was the most stressful, emotional experience and I literally broke down. I had called in the morning a saleperson who happened to be a lady and a newbie. SHe told me they had just got in this 2021 XSE and sent me a pic. I immediatly drove in at 10:30ish to drive it and told her I liked and will be back to buy it later in the day cause I had an appt. at noon and my husband had one at 1:30pm and she was going to lunch from 2:30-3:30. So I said "perfect that will give me time to wash and clean my car out and I will be back around 4:30pm". I then said "Don't sell it!" and she said "Don't worry I have the keys and putting them in my pocket" and I said "OK I will see you later and THanks". We had an agreement. Meanwhile, my husband stopped by to see the car at 3pm and told a salesman (our saleslady was out to lunch) that my wife and I are coming back later to buy this car. Salesman stated "oh does she drive a red car?" My husband said "yes" and he stated " Oh ya I saw her looking at the car this morning" So my husband and I go in to buy the car at 4:15pm and our Saleslady is in a panic! She said a salesperson had got in her locker and had taken the keys to the car I wanted to buy ,and now the car is on "HOLD" for a couple driving over from Gooding! I Quickly went to the sales manager Steve and he stated that they don't "hold" cars, but the car was on a travel" hold" for a couple from Gooding. He said I should have put money down, but I was NEVER ask to ... I was assured she had the keys and we had an agreement and i would be back later to purchase it. AND furthermore, the couple from Gooding did NOT put any money down either . Again makes no sense Will's does NOT "HOLD" cars and a person needs to put money down to hold a car yet this couple got to "HOLD" a car with NO money down! I was there to buy the car with check book in hand and Steve would not sell it to me and stated " they will be here at 4:30 and they would be mad if it was sold!!! " I glared a very raging intense glare and my eyes began to fill with tears and I couldn't hardly talk and had to leave the room. My husband stated "We are here to buy this car and you are telling us you don't "hold "cars and that we basically are getting screwed!" Steve then stated "he could get me a car just like it here next week" Well,.... STEVE could NOT get me another car like the one he sold out from under me. That says alot about other dealers wanting to deal with Wills! He could order one, but it would not be here till Feb or March I needed to buy a car for a tax write-off and needed it within the next week so that would not work for me. I found another one in ST George, UT and had to drive down to get it and spend the night all because they didn't want to deal with Wills and Steve got the car sold out from under me. IF you want a car dealership you can't trust....... Shop at Wills If you want a car dealership other car dealers don't want to work with....shop at WIlls. IF you want a car dealership where customers are't treated equally.... shop at Wills If you want a car dealership where the salesperson can't be trusted and they not treated equally.... shop at Wills IF you want a place where covid masks are not worn by ALL for the safety of the customers.....shop at Wills. I looking for a gas efficient vehicle with a bit of room, Dean was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I was looking at and was willing to spend some time explaining and showing features, he didn't pressure he just explained. After careful thought I decided to purchase my vehicle from Dean and he was very patient and professional even when I changed my mind a couple of times on which financing I wanted to go with. Zach was awesome to work with. He's the first salesman I've ever met that I've felt comfortable around and trusted! He was very understanding and honest when we told him our specifications, budget, and urgency. We went home that same day, not thinking we would be able to get a vehicle. Within the hour, he had spoken to his manager, crunched numbers, and gotten back with us - sold! He wasn't pressuring me at all on the test drive, and was very knowledgeable and laid-back. Paperwork and financing went by quickly and painlessly. I was only able to come to the dealership by myself, so I had no way to get my vehicle and the new vehicle home - so Zach and another employee drove their car and my car, and followed me home to Kimberly, where my husband could sign the other half of the documents.
