Today my car wont start up, and AAA gave me a jump start, they also did a battery health check showing a week battery and it needs immediate replacement. So I went to the Advance Auto Parts store, Novi, MI, talked to Mike K, and they performed a battery health check and it also showed the battery indeed is week and needs to be replaced. I was greeted at the front door by Noel with a HANDSHAKE, a smile, and a warm welcome! He actually came outside and opened the door for me. I have never gone into any place of business and felt so welcomed and appreciated. Noel gave me a brief tour and told me what the best deals were for their grand opening. He was very friendly and helpful. When I had completed my shopping, Noel took it upon himself to take my order out to my vehicle and helped me load it into my car. I take it in there today because the low tire pressure light came on again.. SAUL pulls my car in the bay and said he's gonna check all four tires. He comes back and tells me, it's still the tire that got the new wheel on it. He does something and comes back. Saul tells me that the guy that put the wheel on forgot to pull the valve stem through the hole. I told him I don't wanna be on the other side of town messing around with my tires. So he took care of my tire that was losing air 2-3X/week and made sure all the other tires were in good shape and not losing air. I hope this is the end of the tire story. YAY, Saul!
