When I went to return the item the owner became very irate and yelling at me. Stated he did not except returns on tools or electrical parts. On his receipt it only mentions electrical parts nothing about tools. He yelled "take the godamn thing back" and threw the wrench and receipt at his employee. All over $11.60. I can not support someone who not only is extremely rude but treats there employees that way.

When I got there, the pump did not match mine at all. Not even close. The counter man spent some time on his computer cross referencing what little information I could give him. He then went in the back and came back with a very dusty box which contained the exact pump I needed. Everything I needed was in the one box. Cannot tell you how thrilled I was and how extraordinary it is to get that level of service AND to have the part on hand when you need it. I am sure it doesn't always work that way, but it did this week for me and they could not have been nicer or more efficient. Thanks so much!

I walked in and saw 3 employees. Two at the closest register (who were doing nothing) pointed at a woman at another register and said she would help me. She was talking on her phone and ignored me. After I stood there wondering what was going on there one of the original guys came over, acting totally put out, and very slowly did the return and rang me up for the correct part. The others just stood around looking at their phones. I was the only customer!!! The only car in the lot. I'll never go back. A shame as they are close by.
