The employee Yuselys Gonzalez recognized my concern. What if I left and the battery died somewhere else. She knew there was a mechanic working on his vehicle at the back of the parking lot. She walked with me to talk to him since he speaks Spanish and I dont.. He agreed to do it for $35 By the time I paid, he was standing beside me with the old battery in his hand. He completed the exchange in a total of 15 minutes! I believe AZ should reevaluate this policy as it is not accurate and does a great disservice to a buyer. Which is completely fine and understandable I understand I need to have an appointment but most places do not require an appointment for a 10 minute inspection.
