This week I left the Lincoln dealer after having a seat belt repaired. I also inquired about replacing the battery but the price did not include installation I drove to AutoZone on Lake Worth Rd since they usually dont charge for installation.(I recently had them replace the wipers}tt. After entering the vehicle info on the Lincoln MKC I was shown the computer result. It claimed that because of the particular location of the battery it would take 45minutes BUT no one was authorized to do this even if I was willing to.wait! The employee Yuselys Gonzalez recognized my concern. What if I left and the battery died somewhere else. She knew there was a mechanic working on his vehicle at the back of the parking lot. She walked with me to talk to him since he speaks Spanish and I dont.. He agreed to do it for $35 By the time I paid, he was standing beside me with the old battery in his hand. He completed the exchange in a total of 15 minutes! I believe AZ should reevaluate this policy as it is not accurate and does a great disservice to a buyer. I needed fuel system cleaner for my car, and this was the closest spot to buy based on where I was located. AutoZone was quick and easy. I had a variety of different choices to determine which to purchase. The sales associate had me rung up and out the door fast. No complaints. Went in on a particularly busy evening. The line was 8 deep. The service was not particularly fast, but to be honest, every single auto Parts store I've ever been in the service seems slow as molasses. However, when we got finally to the register Edwin was very helpful and friendly. We needed a new battery and he was quick to help us find the correct one for our car. Then he personally escorted us outside and replaced the battery for us in less than 10 minutes and our car was good as new. So this review is basically for Edwin lol. Good hire AutoZone! Now just get a bunch of Edwin's and maybe this place will run a little smoother. read more

Lines are longer and service is slow, I understand we're in the middle of a pandemic but overall the store is organized and clean.

A salesman at Auto Zone in Lake Worth Beach .. his Name Richalson was soooo helpful and spent what time ever time Necessary to help me find the correct windshield wipers and he put them on for me the first two pair didn't work so we went to pair three he didn't stop until we got it right. Totaling incompetent management, repeatedly I go in this store and customers get frustrated and walk out from lack of service and the ability to find someone to take your money. Always plenty of employees standing around , talking on phone or out back enjoying a social moment but non will engage with with the many frustrated customers . This lack of service has reached a boiling point for me as Ill never return to this comical operation. It appears the management is either incompetent or doesn't give a ceap about the success or survival of this business. Take my suggestion, never go here! read more

This store is so clean and organized and yet the employee count situation is always a problem. Every employee is friendly and knowledgeable. They just don't have enough working, ever. They have 6 registers and only 1 employee helping customers and 1 stocking shelves at any given time. I have seen the line literally out the door, with the last person in line holding the door open with their body, and the second of the only two employees working just refuses to hop on a register to make the line go by quicker. They need a better manager who understands scheduling hours between employees. Or who can at least ask corporate for more hours for their store. I have had some very positive experiences here but I have to leave 1 Star in hopes of even getting noticed. Please have more than 2 employees at a time! I have left mid line and gone to advance auto parts a couple times because of the wait time. I know of others who have as well. read more

These guys saved my butt. My car would not start without a jump. I needed to get my battery checked to see if it was just a battery issue or my alternator. I arrived 2 minutes before they closed, the staff was kind enough to come out and test my battery. We found out that it was indeed dead. I forget the name of the girl who assisted me in picking out the right battery but her patience with me was much appreciated. Also, after I purchased my battery this same girl was kind enough to stay after closing and help jump my car so I could get home and change my battery. The staff really went the extra mile for me when they certainly didn't have to. Thanks again. read more
