Nice guy, old school and gets it done. Wasn't a bad price for my tire change. I had a Honda rebel so it's a small bike and nothing like a Harley so it's easy to work on.

I dont get on yelp much but I just had to write a review to let everyone know what a pleasant experience I had. I had an up coming trip and needed service along with 2 new tires. I first went to two other shops that were sub par as I did not want my bike piece-mealed. I then went to Harley Davidson who was over priced and again did not seem like they wanted business (a take it or leave it attitude). I attempted to have this work done before my trip as I was leaving in 7 days. All other shops said "7-10 days, no guarantees". Wow, for 2 tires and some service? Along comes Delray Cycle. Friendly, honest, professional and fair are but a few of the words I would use to describe them. They had my tires in within 2 days and had the rest of my services done within a day. I don't know what some of the other reviewers are looking for in a cycle shop but Delray Cycle provided truly outstanding service at reasonable price. Remember, you get what you pay for. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely return for any future services or repair.

My brother was in a motorcycle accident in March of 2016, his boys gave me his 1997 superglide Harley Davidson with 115 thousand miles on it.I took it to Pacer Bob of Delray cycle to do a frame off rebuild of his bike. All I can say is WOW. What a fantastic job Bob did. He made some excellent recommendations and made my brothers bike better than new. Thank you Pacer Bob for all you've done.

I definitely regret doing business with this big giant slob who moves like a turtle! And you pay for his slowness, he charged me $127.50 1.5 labor just to change a tire on my harley and charged me for a full can of brake cleaner which he didn't even use a couple of squirts to clean off my back brake caliper. And he charged me taxes on the complete ticket which is illegal by the way,, you can only tax parts Not labor ! I have several bike's and they will Never ever see that shop again, best advise I can give you is Go See Jt at Steel knuckle customs. 1 more note to add insult. He likes to make you feel like your stupid and he's right and your wrong ! Wrong aditude to have when your I. Business to serve the public and biker friendly people whom you are suppose to care of because if you don't the word will and should get around of how it is you run your business! He won't be there long !!! I DON'T GIVE THIS SHOP OR BUSINESS ANY STARS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP .

They got me in on short notice and changed out my tire while I waited. Quick quality service for a fair price.

I bought a used Harley Sportster 1200 Custom that was new 16 years before I became it's owner a year ago.

Took it in on a Monday morning and found out they needed a new horn. Got a call from Matt who was great the next day that the part was in. Went back on Wednesday and left with a new horn.

I advised I was ONLY taking the meeting if what they were proposing required NO money down and a LOWER payment, otherwise, it would be a waste of our time because I liked my car, I had no complaints. The representative told me my appt was for 9:00am on Saturday with the General Manger, Jennifer. I arrived at 8:55am and was greeting by the first salesperson seeing a potential sale. Told him I had an appt with the GM, Jennifer, but he said he would be handling the pre-screening. Took some information and then told me I had a Salesperson already assigned and they would be right with me. My "salesperson" was close to 40 minutes from arriving to work that morning. But I was smoke screened with "he was moving cars around on the lot and would be right with me". If you are keeping track, we are on misconception #2, the first being that there is no GM named Jennifer. When the actual Salesperson arrived, he supported the "moving cars around" but embellished with it was JUST FOR MY APPOINTMENT because the Porters didn't do their job the night before. Misconception #3 and nice job saying your co-workers are slackers. We reviewed my vehicle and my current lease details. I already knew that this wasn't going to end well. I had a years worth of payments left that would roll over into the new lease. He danced around it and said the dealership was going to buy back my vehicle and I didn't really need to look at that number. Misconception #4. He actually scribbled it out when I told him the math wasn't mathing for me. We test drove a new vehicle and came back. That when the first offer was presented. No money down, and my payment dropped $15 a month. I looked at him and said "are you serious??" That isn't a drop in a payment, that's $180 a year. It wasn't worth it to me. He now circles back to the years worth left on my current lease (that we didn't need to pay attention to before). I said no and he goes back to the Sales Manager with his report. Now it's $100 a month down but we all know this means one of 2 things, a longer lease period or these fools think I'm just a dumb blonde and accepting the $15 down a month was going to work. So I told him no and that I wanted to go home and review my options. Aggressive sales tactics start. I felt like I was at an auction. "What do you want to be at? Can you meet me in the middle here? How 'bout this amount?" I stopped him and repeated that I was going home to ponder the options but didn't appreciate the Aggressive Sales. And here comes the Sales Manager..... here is his quote (ahem) "Hey, I just want to be clear, there was no pressure for a sale here. YOU CAME TO US!! I offered you $0 down and $100 less on your payment and you were not interested in saving money, so that's on you." Yep, if the dealership has cameras, please roll back the tape. I called the dealership later that day and asked to speak with the GM to let them know they had a few Training Opportunities. Of course the GM wasn't available but the mystery woman, Jennifer, was on the line with me. After I figured out that the Training Opportunities aren't just at the dealership level, but also the outside appointment setters, I explained my experience to her. She says, "so you don't want the $100 off deal that was offered?". I said No, it wasn't worth it. And her reply was "Wait, so you just called to vent??" Also hoping that recorded call doesn't mysteriously get erased. Facts of the matter are that I have purchased 4 cars myself, & my daughter purchased one, all in the past 9 years. They lost a very good customer with impeccable payment history.
