My car was having issues with power and I figured it was probably time to replace my battery. My husband and I stopped by this Auto Zone after brunch to have the battery tested. We were helped very quickly and find out my suspicion was correct, the battery was bad. The employee has a reasonably priced battery available. I told him I wanted to pay with an e-gift card via Ibotta and he said he hadn't heard of it, but he'd be happy to try. The gift card transaction went through without any issue. Within a few minutes, he was replacing my battery. We also went ahead and bought a battery for my key fob. They showed us how to open the key fob and replace the battery. Overall, we received quick and good service. I hope to not have any car issues, but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to stop by here again. read more

Autozone is centrally located, the staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable. Best yet, they also do free diagnostic check, making your repairs better to understand. I've never had any issues from this place, and in the event that they didn't have a part, they would quickly order it for you if need be. The store is very well kept, and will even sometimes assist or advise with some repairs. There are several other auto stores around the corner, and this is the only one that seems helpful. Napa for example (and I've tried with them because this is who I use back home) is in serious need for training. Great work Autozone, you have a well oiled store here. Thank you read more

I'm a woman who knows a little bit about cars. So when my radio went out, I knew I probably needed a fuse. So I googled AutoZone and this location was closest to where I was on the road. Upon pulling into the parking lot and getting out of my car, three men ( NOT employees) approached me asking if I needed a mechanic.I told them no and walked in the store to get my bag of fuses. I paid and as I walked out noticed that the three men were standing in front of two signs that said "no soliciting". Enforce your own rules AutoZone!! read more

I ask the older man who was standing there doing nothing so I approached him an notice he was a store manager so I ask him can yo please tell me where I cans find this kind of bolts he look at me like I was a rare person and just pointed to a direction and no bother to help me the I proceeded to ask for a fuel evaporator his answer was I have no idea and still didn't move or even try to look at the computer. Getting ready to head to a local restaurant we discovered that our car was acting up. Being in the middle of the week and almost 8:00PM we decided we better try our luck with Autozone to try to diagnosis the problem rather than waiting until the morning to deal with it. We entered the store and there were already customers being serviced by the staff. They were pleasant enough to let us know that they would be right with us. After a few minutes wait they asked us what was going on with our car. We made the various grunts and noises that we thought would enlighten them. However, they were smart enough to suggest that they put their tester on to see what they could find. (I can't believe they didn't understand our shop language ... LOL). So... they put the tester on and the diagnosis was showing a bad battery. Whew... we thought we were going to have to take it to the ER! Here's the part that I'm impressed with... they helped us select a battery and then at 9:00PM, AJ installed the new battery in the car. AJ would not allow us to leave until we had cranked the car several times and even adjusted the tightness on the clamps to be sure he had everything correct BEFORE we left the parking lot. Now that my friends is customer service! AJ was pleasant, helpful and considerate as we stood by and watched him work. Thank you AutoZone for employing great employees and for staying open until Midnight! read more

Update : I was reached out too almost immediately and asked to come in later that day. They gave me a full refund, made sure there was actually a new battery installed, and offered an apology. I am very thankful. Never was I upset with AutoZone the company; just the employees for this particular location. Thank you AutoZone for righting this wrong. read more

I'm not much of a car person - I can change a tire out if it goes flat, but not much more than that. So I was thankful that Autozone was able to help me out with replacing a headlight in my car. They were able to show me the bulbs I needed and then swap it out without an issue. Very happy customer, as it saved me from getting a ticket! read more

needed a new battery for my car, took a very long time just for the purchase, then she spent 45 minutes in the pouring down rain before she decided she couldn't figure out how to change the battery. she then can't figure out how to help me jump my car off, meanwhile 6 employees were outside taking a smoke break watching us struggle. would NEVER recommend this place to anyone needing actual help read more

My sister was having car trouble and she came here back in December to purchase a battery and it turns out after we found out what was wrong with her car yesterday after taking it to a shop that AutoZone put in a bad batter and she couldn't go get her money back because the warranty had expired it's just not right and I don't appreciate them doing that I will never come here again after what happened to my sister's car.
