My son also had damaged the frame of his phone. The tech was honest with me and said fixing it wasn't really worth it and may not be possible because of the extensive damage. Even though I didn't have the repair done, I believe they would have been able to fix it if only the screen was cracked. When my car with their 2 1/2 year old battery wouldn't start I returned to the store to have the battery tested. I was told that the battery checked out fine but that I should have my alternator and generator looked at. Thus I went to a local repair shop where I relayed the results of the Batteries + Bulbs testing and their advice about the alternator and generator. It turns out (after a series of expensive tests) that there was a bad cell in the battery and nothing wrong in the electrical system of the car. This should have been handled under warranty by Batteries + Bulbs rather than my having to spend extra time and money to get the correct diagnosis.

I took my Toshiba laptop to them in March to have the charging port repaired because they quoted the lowest price. 3 weeks later I got it back only to find they had broken the internal speakers. Took it back and again around 3 weeks later I get it back to find they had broken the keyboard and it needed to be replaced. 2 weeks later they called to say they have the keyboard and to bring it in. I picked it up on Friday late only to get it home and find out they had broken the screen!!! I called the manager (Erskin) Saturday morning and he told me to bring it back and they'd fix it. Once at the store he told me they would fix it ASAP and it would be ready THURSDAY! Friday Erskin called and told me, "The owner looked at it and said we're not going to fix it!" This entire process has been a NIGHTMARE! They don't deliver on their promises, do terrible work and could care less about customer service!!!
