Dropped it at 745 am and left it for day. Never heard from them so picked up un-serviced vehicle at 6 pm as they were not going to look at my car that day (despite having an appt). What was that Seinfeld episode - they can take the appt, they just can't hold the appt. Figured they were busy so made another appt (830 am) a week later for new tires and aforementioned suspension problem. Dropped it off at 745 am. Never heard from them until 6 pm saying tires were installed. I asked about the suspension and they said that a junior tech looked at it but they needed a senior tech to inspect. So left car overnight with promise it would be serviced first thing next day. I assumed first thing would be shortly after their 730 am opening. But crickets chirping. Called at 1030 and they apologized but was told I am up next on the rack. By 330 pm - still no word. Fed up, I got a ride to Conrads and the vehicle was sitting in the parking lot and had not been serviced. Why lie? If they cannot do the work in a timely manner, just communicate!

Once I tried to install I realized the plugs were not the correct size. I took the plugs back for a refund and was accused of lying, and told that they were the right ones. I told the lady working that they were definitely not right. They were a different length and didn't even require the same size plug socket. The lady was beyond rude, cussed me out, and then after arguing with her she only agreed to write me a check. I just left so haven't got to cash it yet, but can only hope it will go through. I've heard good things about the man who owns Wades, but I will never go there again due to how I was treated.

Canton auto salvage I can't say enough good stuff about the place.Lost my phone there didn't…read morerealize it till I was 20 miles from the there.I called em when I got home and explained my situation to the owner by this time it's 445 he says they close at 5 and not open on this particular Saturday but he would be there till 515 so I haul ass and get there he lets me go retrieve my phone and it took some time to find it as I was searching for parts when I lost it but he came and found me actually helped me look for it , called my phone from his cell phone and when that didn't work he informed me he had left the shop open with a guy there who would stay there untill I located my phone . it took me 45 mins to find it and I didn't wanna leave without it being a iPhone and there not cheap as we all know but the young man was there waiting to let me out when I was done. The courtesy he extended me was far beyond what I ever would have hoped for and I'm very grateful that he left the shop open for me to retrieve my phone.
