I didn't realize it, and drove on it just a mile or so before getting to a place I could put air in it. The next morning, I was trying to find a place that could come tow it or put air in so I could drive it to be fixed, since that service was covered by our insurance. I called McCall's, and the call was sent to voicemail. While I was talking with my brother about the tire over the phone, I got a call back from Bill McCall. I returned the call, and he said they could come put air in it. When Jeff arrived less than 15 minutes later, he surprised me by saying HE would take the car to the shop, leave his truck at my house, and then bring my car back when they were finished. I thought that was pretty awesome, but they topped themselves by bringing it back and saying "no charge"!They also turned the tire around, because it had a noticeable mark on the tire from where I drove it flat. I was blown away!! Where on earth do you get that kind of service these days? So glad I went with a local company. They've been in the same spot for so long, they have to be doing things right or the business wouldn't have lasted. The vehicle was having issues starting and caused her to miss work when I was out of town. The Garage replaced the fuel pump and she kindly paid the 700 hundred plus bill. The next day, the same issue appeared with no change. The issue was still there. When I returned from a business trip I researched the vehicle, problems and found it to be a 21 dollar easy to do yourself part. A dealer told me the same information. When I discussed this with the garage, they did not know the problem, they were guess repairing the vehicle and I had to tell them the issue, the part to solve it. Once solved I requested the old fuel pump, they never showed anyone, they had no diagnostics, they didnt have a clue why the problem was there?. When they tried to explain they tested it?, they said they used a headlight and tested electric current, replaced it started the car and it worked? they finally agreed it was an error as they could not argue with logic. When Icalled to get a check returned, they lied, said it was bad, became agitated, argumentive and used a bulling tone. They proceeded to then call my girlfriend since she paid. They WON that battle because she felt intimidated, fearful to speak up. Instead she lost 700 plus dollars for nothing. We decided like the other family and friends, its not the place it was and they can not be trusted with models of cars since 1980 and up.
