I was peering through some windows in the parking lot when I was promptly greeted by Audi Petty. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful without being pushy at all. I told her why I was there and she went over all the Subaru options. She test drove each with me and went over all the features. She seemed to have such an understanding of what I wanted and what was most important to me so she suggested I try a used Palisade as well. I was stuck between which vehicle to select and she and her manager, Breanna showed me an easy side by side comparison with numbers included. Breanna suggested I look into leasing a new one considering how little I drive, which I had not considered. She pulled hard numbers for me and explained the lease in great detail. I was given all the time I needed to think about it and they were not pushy at all. I decided on the lease and things progressed quickly from there. (My laptop ended up dying and I needed to check in with work so Audi found a way to get me plugged in so I could keep working) I was in the finance office signing papers within 20 minutes. The finance lady was very kind as well and made that part such an easy process. She didn't have that need to "manslain" everything to me. As a woman who was there alone, I LOVED working with all women the entire time! Getting a car can be such a long terrible process and all 3 of them made it such a quick, painless process. I was so pleasantly surprised and walked away with a brand new car that I love and that was within budget!

First of all I'm the type of customer who ONLY has work done at authorized dealerships. I…read morecontacted my usual dealership for repairs to find out they wanted to send me elsewhere to get exhaust work done. I was skeptical at first but I went to DNR (dealership recommended), not only were they able to get the custom repair done in the same day but they noticed my transmission bearings leaking (they physically showed me), got the parts in and repaired it on the spot. No Mazda dealership would of done that in the same day! I have since went back to DNR for tune up upgrades including turbo inlet upgrades, blow off kit, and short ram cold air. They have a break room with kid toys for my 3 year old daughter to play with along with a HDTV and free WiFi to aid with the wait. I got dealership quality service at half the price! Very fair on pricing and they can get you in quick. I'm very pleased with their service and will no longer get work done anywhere else.
