The dealership-provided CarFax claimed the engine had been serviced and the vehicle a "must-see, must-drive, must-own". Less than ONE MONTH later -- after driving only 367 miles -- the van broke down and would not start. In the next two weeks, I took it to two separate mechanics, and they told me the engine needs replaced or rebuilt (around $10,000 in repairs) due to major internal engine damage that would have existed before the sale. When I contacted Randy Kuehl Honda about the issue, they offered me $1,000 toward repairs. That does not come close to covering the estimated repair costs, nor the loss in value on a vehicle I had just purchased for over $13,000 less than a month earlier. I understand used vehicles are sold as-is, but having catastrophic engine failure less than a month after purchase and after only 367 miles -- combined with documentation claiming the engine had just been serviced -- has been an extremely disappointing experience. My vehicle is no longer worth the over $13,000 that I just paid for it, but a diminished value of about $3,000 to $4,000 due to having to have a complete new motor costing over $10,000 with motor and labor. As I was driving to the Audi dealer I received a phone call from the general manager saying that I am always mad and he Milo get wants me to come to the business. And he was calling to make sure I did not write a bad review or as he said blow them up online. I explained that they have been trying to fix the same issues multiple times and that is why I am in a bad mood. So a couple months have gone by and I did not write any reviews but I am now because I was having work done at the neighboring mechanic shop and they noticed I was missing a lug nut They said to go next door to euro and buy one. I went o er there and the manager came out and said he would not sell me a lug nut and told me to go somewhere else. Said he does not want to do business with me. So my families safety was definitely not a concern for him. This used to be a good company but the new manager is not a good person. I will add that the service manager D.J. is a great person and the only reason I have stayed doing business with them this long and bought a second vehicle. I trust D.J. and believe he tried to do the best he could with what the company allowed. Very impressed with the extra effort and special attention given me during the installation of Romik running boards on my 2018 Ford Edge. I had purchased them from another vendor online and they agreed to install them. Most businesses will not install customer supplied parts. The installation instructions were written and illustrated incorrectly. The maker sent different mounting brackets. Truck Works took off the others and installed the new ones precisely as new directions and illustrations called for and they stilled looked and fit terrible. After more emails and photos to Romik they were told to put them on exactly opposite of the way Romik had previously instructed them. Surprisingly they fit backwards ok. Most businesses would have said enough is enough with that kind of customer service. But Truck Worx did three installations to satisfy this customer who did not even buy the parts from them! Needless to say, I was extremely impressed with Truck Worx's dedication to customer satisfaction.

The guys here were really relaxed, answered my questions and avoided anything that felt "used car salesman-y". Prices were the best I found in a wide radius and they were very willing to haggle a bit on price. The physical building wasn't much to look at, but in the end, I'm much more interested in a good deal than in paying for someone else's expensive overhead. The car came with a 30 day, 1000 mile warranty from the dealership as well - it was nice that they actually stick behind the cars they sell. In the end, the experience was good enough that I will be looking here again the next time I'm looking for a new (to me) vehicle.
