It felt like I wasn't getting the full story and that they were more interested in replacing parts than truly diagnosing the problem. Thankfully, I sought out a transmission specialist for a second opinion. He diagnosed the issue correctly, repaired it at a much lower cost, and didn't require any money upfront. I've had my truck back for about four weeks now, and it's running perfectly. In fact, the transmission is now operating about 30 degrees cooler than before. Bottom line: Great for basic services, but be cautious when it comes to major repairs.
