Fuck this place!!! Got my tires rotated they busted my center cap. No big deal shit happens. They said give us a few weeks we will order one. At 6 weeks I go in to check on it. Some kid says he will run it by the manager and call me. 2 weeks later I go back and speak to Cayden he wanted to blow me off but I wasn't leaving without an answer. 3 weeks after that I go in to check on it Cayden says he can't get ahold of them and asked If I have tried to find one. No I thought y'all were looking. It took 3 days from finding one to delivery. I spoke with Cayden,Cory, Ethan,and Braxton. 3 months they blew me off. It took me 3 days. Wow! These guys are spot on. My husband sent me in here with a tire from our F350. An associate held the door for me and another met me at the counter to see what I needed. Brady introduced himself to me and came out to collect the tire and take it back to see if it was reparable. I ran to the restroom to wash my hands from loading said tire. Brady said he didn't find an Obvious leak so they would dismount it and see if they could see anything on the inside, and to give them about an hour. I had some emails to return so was in the parking lot and not 10 min later he was loading the tire back in my little truck! Told me it was a bad valve stem and I was good to go. No charge!! What??? Associate decided to assist customer who arrived after I did. There are too many tire places in Cleveland for this nonsense.

So I got my tire replace about a month ago. Last week Friday the light came on and my car my a funny noise on the way there. So I went straight after work. They allegedly checked it and said the pressure was to low. I was seen really quickly this time and knew that it was pointless in making am appointment since they aren't really honored. I was really impressed in and out. Sunday in driving back from a work related trip and the noise is has gotten louder and car is shaking. I pull over inspect 2 times. On the second time I run my hands over the interior top of the tire and low and behold it's peeling off. No problem AAA get spare go home. I'm exhausted so I send my family members to get the tire changed because it's obviously defective. Instead of the associate changing the tire and apologizing for the inconvenience he first says I must have hit something. (False) Try again.... Then it has to be me the driver bc I'm always in the store and he can see my history. (False again). This is my second visit to this particular store and I will never go back. Have to get two tires for my Vue. I don't want anything but Michelin and this is a new tire size yo me, but the price seems pretty high. Good thing they offer 70,000 warranty, replacement, balancing, rotation, etc. And they're very considerate, helpful, patient, and courteous. They allowed hubs and I to split the cost in one transaction with two credit cards, one over the phone. Very helpful for their system to be set up that way. read more

i have never experienced such fantastic customer service. from start to finish by every employee I cane in contact with. for starters I had a flat on a trailer pulled into parking lot at 6:45am. manager got there shortly after. most of staff was there at 7am. they don't open till 8. at 7:25 am they were fixing my flat. tire was in repairable , they had tire in stock. bec of this fantastic service I made the decision to buy a spare rim and tire for my trailer. As I watched this manager and his staff , I was blown away bye there efficiency , he was scrubbing floors right with them. I was out the door before 7:40 and back to work. I have gotten 2 sets of tires through them and both times they did a great job. If you have a flat or get something in your tire they will repair it for free. Yes free. Not only did they repair the tire they also checked the air in the other 3, torqued the lug nuts on the other 3 and cleaned the other 3 tires as well. Who does that? They do.
