I was informed multiple times by my salesperson that Hubler is only the pass through for us and the experience will be flawless. Yes everything was perfect until I showed up at the dealership and $1900 tire and wheel protection was added and a non refundable $699 appearance protection package was added. My salesman (pass through agent) didn't mention any of this at any point in our phone calls or multiple best buddy text messages. Sad part is we were in the market to trade in my Girlfriends car and upgrade her to a 26 CRV and had a deal in place. After this experience we decided to go elsewhere.
