Upon further inspection by the mechanic it only had first and second gears in working order. Paul's Columbus Auto Salvage was contacted and failed to refund the money paid nor did they exchange the part. Therefore this elderly man is out of the $428.00 he paid for the part, the cost of install at mechanic and has no truck to drive. The man still owes the mechanic $900 for installing the transmission and it is JUNK and unusable!! Owner of the Salvage yard said would call customer back and has failed to do so.

Roberta claimed that it would smooth out over time but it never happened - to this day my seats look baggy. Not only that but the side panel on the driver's seat was not reinstalled properly. I went to a local auto body shop to have this issue fixed and according to them all of the interior screws are missing and an interior connector piece is broken which is causing the panel to disconnect from the seat each time I get out of the truck. I notified the RLC of this problem and got not response. It's going to cost me $399 to fix it. My experience here was less than ideal. They also overcharge significantly for their services - I highly recommend getting quotes from other shops before doing business with these guys.
